We recently renovated an entire house and we were lucky enough to find Steve at Peppertree to help us with our kitchen and bathroom cabinets. We love contemporary design and Steve helped us create our dream kitchen and designed our office, laundry, mud room and bathroom cabinets as well. This was a huge undertaking for us and he was extremely patient and reassuring throughout the entire process. If I changed my mind or second guessed myself, he were always willing to listen to my ideas, make changes or give advice. He wanted to make sure that the design was custom for our specific needs and how we were going to use each space. The customer service he and the entire team at Peppertree provided was outstanding. We felt like their most important client every time even though we knew they had clients that spend more on cabinets with them than we did on our entire home renovation! At one point we were over budget and he sat down with us and looked at creative ways we could get back to our budget without losing any functionality or sacrificing the design and look we wanted. If I had to do it all over again I would most definitely go straight to Steve at Peppertree. I highly recommend him and the entire team there. They are the best!

When things go well, there’s nothing but good things to say about a business. It’s when problems arise where the true nature of the company becomes apparent. They made a big measuring error.Rather than taking an option that would be beneficial to the customer in time & money as well as Peppertree they chose the low road to help themselves & lowballed the customer.I did not want to waste time & material to go the route they offered given my stage of life. They knew this.I would not endorse Peppertree.

Peppertree did our kitchen and bathroom and we love the cabinets. They quality is great, the design is just what we had hoped for, and the experience was perfect. Their installers took care of not only every issue they had, but a few that were not their fault at all. It was a great experience from beginning to end.

Ive had Peppertree cabinets in my home for 13 yrs and they still look amazing. They hold up really well, even in my kids bathroom. They do amazing work and their quality is top notch. I highly recommend them.

Love our cabinets and had a great time working with Mike. Throughout the process of building our home, the cabinets were the one aspect that went smoothly. I purchased a house that has Peppertree kitchen cabinets, every hinge says Peppertree, and they are the lowest quality cabinets Ive ever seen. I feel that Ikea cabinets are higher quality. They are a mix of some that are maple and others that are a cheap laminate with a high gloss paint that sort of makes them look metal from a distance. The metal look cabinets are coming apart badly, where the laminate is separating and you can see the particle board under them and they are warped. The spot where this is happening the most is the under sink cabinets but its literally happening on all of them even the ones far from a water source. There are also many areas where the paint has chipped off or just looks damaged and dull. All I ever do to them is wipe them down with a soft sponge but they cant hold up to even that. The maple cabinets seem a bit better but on the end is thin maple veneer thats also coming apart. The hardware is all terrible looking now since most of it has areas where the hardware finish has come off. Some of the cabinets and drawers do not even operate well and it seems even the internal parts must be of poor quality. Overall the cabinets looks cheap and shoddy and detract from the entire house. If I had realized what low quality the cabinets and hardware were I would have asked for an allowance to replace them when I bought the house or I would have made a lower offer. Unfortunately Im now going to have to redo an entire kitchen since these cabinets are literally falling apart. Im hoping the granite can at least be re-used but I dont know yet if that will be possible.

Amazing! They are great at keeping you up to date on your project and their cabinets are seriously a work of art. We considered Chris & Dicks, lowes, home depot but I am incredibly happy we went with Peppetree. I dont think we would have received the quality work we did if we didnt go with Peppertree.

Asked for a quote on a simple 12 cabinet base with one door, painted. Quoted me about $800! Outrageous...

Just a few reviews on here are from actual customers. Our experiance is was very bad.Be aware and make sure they put everything (mareial, dates, quality, color, size of handlez, and small deatails) into writing. We bought our kitchen from them back in August 2016, came recommended by Mountain land design, the finish was in December early January, Quality and finish is very poor, I think you would get better quality and workmanship from Ikea, or Home depot, Lots of poor quality hardware and the material is very cheap. It was too late to fix the mistake, we had paid already and they started to act as if we did not understand what we had ordered and signed off (by the way we didnt sign or agree on cheap material). Plus they installed fake barn wood when we have paid for the real barn wood, but that was corrected after the salesman (Clay) admitted they thought we would not know the difference :-) they try to rip you off in broad daylight. I would not recommend them, to family and friends. There are lots of great places for custom kitchens and this one is not one of them by any means. plus I emailed the owner who never responded or cared to respond. Stay away & be aware. I waited this long to write a review, that I should have done months ago.
