I had an unusual, smaller project I really wanted to get done and didnt know how to go about it. When I called Bedrock Quartz a very friendly person answered and immediately made me feel at ease and had great ideas and went beyond great service to help me. Laura Dehnel was her name. I feel like were friends now!!I got exactly what I wanted because of the great service this company offers! And in a very timely manner. I will definitely call upon them again and refer my friends to them. THANK YOU! BEAUTIFUL WORK!

The short of it is, the work they did was good but there service was awful. The countertops were not so unique that I couldnt have found the same thing elsewhere without the headache of actually getting them to start our project.After paying the deposit and setting up a tentative time for them to come and template, I didnt hear a peep for them. The week before they were supposed to template, I still hadnt heard from them so I gave them a call. The first time, I got a hold of someone and she mentioned shed call be back in 15 minutes. She never called back. This happened over and over again. I got in the habit of calling a few times a day for a week or so and either got a voicemail or the same Ill call you back when I talk to x. We ended up calling the front desk, left a message on my contacts boss phone and never got a response from him either. Finally, a week after they were supposed to come template, we got a hold of someone in scheduling. Despite planning ahead and calling a lot, the sales team never actually sent our request to scheduling. They were very apologetic and expedited our request, but unfortunately at that point my perception of Bedrock had already been tarnished. Despite remodeling the entire kitchen ourselves, getting Bedrock to come was easily the most stressful part of our project.

We did our kitchen backsplash and our countertops and sink all with Bedrock. They were cheaper for us because their pricing is by the foot rather than by the slab. A couple of other places were charging us for two slabs because they barely couldnt fit our entire kitchen on one slab. Bedrock made it really easy. Their customer service is what really won us over. When I first called to get a quote Danielle was very prompt with getting a quote to us. She answered all our questions (and we had a LOT of questions). She was awesome about working with us and even came out to my house to deliver some hardware that was forgotten during the install.

Best company ever! We used Bedrock Quartz for our kitchen countertops.This company exceeded all our expectations. And we ended up doing fireplace and even tile all over the house with them.Our sales rep Laura is so amazing! She was replying to emails late at night and on the weekends! Always staying in touch and moving the project along. Communication was very easy and overall service was outstanding.We found our fireplace on Instagram. This was a custom job that required a lot of planning. We get so many compliments about our fireplace from all of our friends and neighbors. Loved it experience - beautiful selection of stones! I also wanted to put in some kudos for those at Bedrock Quartz that made our bathroom vanity install go so great. We had Peggy as our awesome sales specialist. She was always checking in with us and making sure we had all our questions answered and that we were happy with the plan/results. We really appreciate her efforts. When the day if the install came, Milton and Vladimir really went above and beyond to do a fantastic job. Bedrock Quartz was excellent to work with from the second I called in inquiring about an estimate to the very end after everything was installed. Laura was great to work with on helping us determine what we wanted for countertops and backsplash. We were even able to go in the back of the warehouse and see huge slabs of granite and quartz! We did a tile backsplash in our kitchen and it looks amazing! Their tile guy was very precise and accurate at getting the tile done right. Countertop install was quick and everything went smoothly and looks great. Very professional employees and associates at Bedrock. I will recommend them to everyone.

From start to finish, working with Bedrock was fun and easy. Steve took time to educated us about the different types of stone and options, provided quotes and with a lot of patience with us helped us find the perfect countertops for our kitchen, bath and laundry remodel. I apologize for not knowing my installers names to give them a personal shout out. Their work was phenomenal! They involved me in a couple decisions with installing the countertop. The seam lines are beautiful, the epoxy matches so well - it is amazing. I am beyond pleased with the job these gentlemen did on my kitchenette. Beautiful work. Fine clean up. They were so careful with my home. I will definitely use Bedrock Quartz again! Thank you.

We had out countertops replaced. We were clear with what we wanted from the beginning. After they did their final measure appointment we were told through email that we had only been priced on the thicker bezel in the master bath. I told them that I wanted it in all bathrooms. Without another estimate they completed the work and I got a bill for $1245 more than the initial bid. I asked why so much and they stated it was due to the upgrade on all bathrooms even though the master was supposedly already priced that way in the original estimate and confirmed in an email. They did reach out to try and correct so I updated from a 1 star.

These guys rock! We visited the West Jordan showroom and picked out the granite and sink for our laundry room in no time at all. Danielle was most helpful and professional. Got the quote and was exactly what the estimate was. Significantly lower than the big box homecenters. Measurements and installation were speedy and professional as well. From visit to installation took three weeks. Installed product is perfect! Would certainly use them again!

No longer a fan. I dont usually go out of my way to leave a negative review, but Im not usually out so many dollars to fix something (a) that shouldnt have to be fixed, and (b) where a service provider refused to even schedule a repair to fix the problem.Bed Rock Quartz installed countertops in kitchen, bathrooms (3), office, craft room, two fireplace surrounds and laundry room in October 2012. Lovely work, very pleased, BUT the under-mount kitchen sink almost immediately began its slow retreat from the countertop. I have re-caulked the gap four times in the last seven years. The gap has now grown to over a half-inch and cant be re-caulked and the sink has to be re-set.I called Bed Rock Quartz four times last week and left voice mail messages with the sales department and even sent an on-line service request. I finally spoke to a sales person at the West Jordan location who informed me that resetting my sink would mess up their installation schedule. He offered to give my contact information to their installation foreman so the foreman could do it after hours and off the books. I was not contacted by the installation foreman. Also, talk about text book employee disloyalty by diverting a business opportunity that belongs to his employer -- that was some sketchy stuff.I have scheduled another company to reset my sink, shout out to Accent Countertops, but I also have to schedule a plumber the day before to uninstall and the day after to reinstall the drains and disposal = two trip charges plus time and materials. I will spend almost $700 to repair a problem that shouldnt exist because Bed Rock Quartz didnt do a good job to begin with and doesnt have a corporate climate that promotes good customer service after the installation is complete. One star is too many stars for this company.

First of all I never write reviews so that is saying something right there. Graham and Val were the ones who came to install my counter tops, and they were very friendly and professional from the get go. They answered all of our questions and concerns before they got started. Our stove fit really tight in between the cabinets so we wanted to make sure that it would fit with the counter tops in place. They were kind enough to help me move it in to place to see if it would fit. Luckily we checked because it didnt fit at first, so they took one piece out and cut some off the back side so that it would fit. I really appreciated the extra effort and care they put forth to help with this matter. The whole installation went smoothly, they got all the tops on, installed the sink without a hitch, got the back splashes on, and got everything caulked and sealed within 2.5 hours. We are very satisfied with the color, and the quality of the product and installation job. Bedrock quartz will be our first choice if we ever move and do new counter tops, and I hope we get Graham and Val as our installers!

I’ve used this company before and was pleased with the pricing and results. As such, we decided to visit the location closer to us now in West Jordan. Still a great experience and a great deal! They have an awesome showroom that really allows you to get a great feel for the huge variety of granite and quartz surfaces that they offer. Angie Brinkerhoff was awesome to deal with and really made the showroom experience great. It looks like prices may be going up with recent tariffs. Our job was a small one, and for those reading this review - even with a small and insignificant job Bedrock came through in spades! We worked with Laura is sales and couldn’t have been treated better. She was knowledgeable and her follow-through was amazing. We also experienced working with Fred Belk (tile manager) and he blew our socks off. Fred came to the job, did everything he could to ensure the quality of installation, and even replaced six tiles that came loose during the process. Again, outstanding product, service, and Fred was the icing on the cake....Fred and Laura need to be promoted!

Our counter tops are amazing and are exactly what we wanted. We had a few hiccups along the way and my stove barely fits now so that is the only reason for 4 stars instead of 5.The first issue we had was getting our quote revised had to call and follow-up since we made some changes and spoke with a different sales rep than original due to Dave having another meeting/appointment. This was very minor and not a huge deal as we were still waiting for a date when our cabinets would be installed. Dave got quickly got us a revised quote with all of the changes we made when I called and so we could pay the deposit.The next and really only big issue we had was when they installed the counter tops. The counter between our stove and fridge was too wide, which made it so our fridge door hit our pantry and we could not open the door all the way. They came and took the counter top out a few days later, and after a week from when they took it out I could not get any update on when it would be re-installed. I called and left a message with Dave again and he called me back and told me the counter would be installed the next day. They came out and installed it again and we thought it was great because we checked the fridge and it was able to open just fine, however, after it cured I couldnt get my stove out because they had got silicon on the side and stuck it to my stove. They also had got silicon all over the front of my fridge as well that I had to work to get off. After we got our stove free and cleaned off we noticed how tight the fit is on that side, and how our stove barely slides between the two cabinets with some careful sliding. They cant just come out and shift the counter closer to the fridge side because then my fridge wouldnt fit again, so it does make me wonder if they even adjusted the size of the counter top or if they just shifted it over to the stove and made it a tight fit. We decided we couldnt have them take the counter for a second time and not have a counter for Christmas since we had already had been without a complete set of counter tops for over a month at this point. I hope it doesnt have any issues long term having my stove rub the sides as we slide it in and out through the years.

We LOVE our new kitchen! With the ups and downs of doing a remodel, Connie with Bedrock Quartz was a breath of fresh air! I knew when I met her for the first time, that she would provide honest, solid direction so we would feel good about our decision. There were so many color options, but Connie made that part easy. I loved that their showroom has huge samples and little samples to gauge the veins and coloration of each. Connie sent me home with 5 samples, which made it easy to choose. Bedrock Quartz was referred to me by a friend; and I would refer them to my friends without hesitation.

Bedrock Quartz had a wonderful selection to choose from, a great showroom to visualize and the people were wonderful to work with. We are thrilled with how our countertops turned out and it was all done within the time frame that was promised.

Bedrock quartz did beautiful countertops for me last summer in a new full kitchen downstairs. They did such a nice job that when I needed another countertop in a newly remodeled area upstairs this month, I didn’t hesitate to ask them to do this job too. Danielle was a great consultant, keeping things on track for quick installation . Installers, Graham and Mike, put in extra effort and took their time in installing my new countertop. I would trust Bedrock with any granite or quartz need EVER. We have had the pleasure of working with them on several separate remodeling jobs over the years, and every one has been done with great professionalism and extraordinary attention to detail. Each Bedrock employee weve encountered, start to finish, has been a delight. We even had an unfortunate accident recently in which someone badly broke our kitchens 6-year-old granite countertop, so of course we reached out to Bedrock. They sent us a miracle-worker who repaired the break so beautifully that the crack is now almost invisible. We will always choose Bedrock.

We are very pleased with our new kitchen counter top. Joe (sales) was easy to work with and was willing to help in any way. The guys who came to do the templating and the install came within the appointed time. They were all very nice. Most importantly, the counter tops were cut and finished perfectly.Joe suggested that we consider installing a quartz sink instead of a stainless steel sink. We are very glad that we ordered the quartz sink. It is well worth the easy money. Good job, everyone!

She graciously came by the house to measure for an accurate quote of the work and then ensured that the templating and install coincided within our remodel time-frame. Staff that coordinated the activities, completed the templating, and installed the counters were all very professional and pleasant to work with. I will definitely use Bedrock Quartz for my future projects.

When we began our shopping for countertop material, for some reason we had not heard of Bedrock Quartz. We visited several big name countertop showrooms/ware-houses in Salt Lake County. Our experiences at those large businesses were not very positive. No one assisted us, or else, barely acknowledged our presence in the showroom or slab room. When we received information about prices of the slabs on display, they were very expensive, much more than we had budgeted for countertops.Then one night, we saw a TV commercial about Bedrock Quartz. We decided to check them out. My goodness, we had a day and night experience comparing our experience at Bedrock Quartz to the other businesses we had visited!When we first stepped into the building, after being politely greeted by the receptionist, she immediately assigned Jenni to help us. Jenni showed us different slab samples, quoted prices and even made recommendations according to the descriptions we gave her of our floor tile and kitchen cabinet colors. When we asked whether they had anything on sale, she pleasantly pulled out the sales ad which showed the patterns of quartz which were on sale. During this whole process, Jenni was patient, pleasant, knowledgeable and absolutely fantastic to work with. While we were there, other customers came in, and the receptionist assigned other sales representatives to assist the new groups of customers, so our sales representative could focus on us.The next encounter we had with Bedrock Quartz was when the countertop estimator came to our home to take measurements. Was he a gentleman! At the time when he came, the kitchen remodeling was not quite completed, so we had to remove temporary counter tops and tools were still lying on the floor. He patiently got his work done without interrupting or showing displeasure to the other workers.Finally, we were ready for installation. The two workers spent more than five hours installing the countertop and backsplash. It is a good size kitchen and the work took a while. The installers were so careful and showed much care bringing in the pieces of countertop so as to not bump doorways and walls or scratch the pieces of counter. We were both pleased and appreciative of their care. After the counters and backsplash were installed, they cleaned the counters and showed us how to take care of the counters properly. They also left the house as clean as they found it. The job took them way past their normal quitting time, but they insisted on doing the work well enough that we were very pleased with their work.Our whole experience, from shopping to the final installation of the Bedrock Quartz, was simply delightful. Just from watching the various employees who did different components of the whole process, we noticed they were all professional and proficient in their specific jobs. And, we got a fine quality of quartz for almost 1/3 less than the other places we shopped before. We appreciate everyone who assisted us in the endeavor to complete our countertops. We were so impressed with Bedrock Quartz. We shopped around and took weeks to decide which company we would go with to replace our kitchen countertops. There are other excellent companies we could have gone with, but it just seemed that in every aspect of the decision, including cost, service, warranty, quality, knowledge and understanding, time frame, etc. Bedrock was right there. Jeff (Dedow) representative who worked with us was outstanding. He was so attentive and demonstrated great interest in our satisfaction right down to the last interaction! They did a wonderful job and we couldnt be more pleased. We will use them again without question if the need arises in the future!

Update: They reached out and offered a solution to our concerns. Thanks Bedrock Quartz.The overall work was good, but the disappointing part was that we provided all the correct dimensions up front but their original quote they made a mistake on their end but inputting inaccurate numbers which in turn resulted in our final cost being $1400 over the original amount quoted. When all correct dimensions are provided and a company makes a mistake on their they should take ownership and make things right for the customer as $1400 is no small amount.

The first thing you see on their website is a pop-up link “ Bedrock Quartz COVID-19 Response Learn More”. After reading through this you would think that the teams they send to your house would have your safety in mind as well as their own. When I answered the door I had to ask if they had masks before they came in and only then did they put one on. I thought they would keep them on their entire stay. When I checked on their progress after about an hour there were three guys walking around my house unmasked. If they hadn’t been in the middle of the installation I would have turned them around. I have been ultra careful and have not even had any family or friends over since the pandemic started. The countertops look fine but if you have any concerns about your health I would look for another company.

We worked with Shawna and our countertops are beautiful and exactly what we hoped! Jonathan and Josh did an excellent job on installing them, they wore masks, they worked around us and answered our many questions.

I was very unimpressed with Bedrock Quartz. They fabricated and installed honed marble counters in my kitchen and a fireplace hearth. During installation they chipped the edge of the counter in several spots around the sink. In addition, there were scratches all over the marble.The installers didnt say anything and filled the chips with very noticeable filler. Bedrock also didnt fabricate the correct stone for the hearth so it had to be redone. Both Jeff Dedow and his manager Jeff, were very difficult to work with - they acted like they were doing me a favor by coming out to fix the damage their installers caused and tried to blame it on the fact that it came like that to them. The chips around my sink are still incredibly noticeable and it took them weeks to come back out. Jeff told me they were all about customer service, but based on my experience that couldnt be further from the truth. I would not use them again, especially not for marble.UPDATE: Typically when selecting a stone countertop, you go to a slab yard, select a slab, and then they send the slab to your chosen fabricator to cut the slab (most slab yards do not fabricate themselves). I chose Bedrock Quartz as my fabricator, most fabricators dont have large enough slabs for larger projects, and I was told by Bedrock Quartz that (1) they dont have marble but that they fabricate it all the time, and (2) it would be better to go to a slab yard to choose my kitchen counters. Thats what I did. I was aware that marble is a softer stone and that it requires certain maintenance and care once installed, but apparently Bedrock Quartz doesnt want to take any responsibility for damaging marble slabs during their install or fabrication. So again, dont use them for marble. When I asked for a discount because I now have to live with counters that are visibly repaired, Jeff threatened that if I didnt take the discount he offered that day and pay immediately he was going to send my account to collections. Great customer service.

We had a great experience with Bedrock Quartz. Graham & Tyler put in our new countertops yesterday and we are so pleased! They were great to answer any questions and even came back right away when there was a little concern. They were very respectful in our home, and we will be sure to recommend Bedrock Quartz to others for their countertop needs! Our only complaint would be that during the template (measurement) appointment, the guy that came by was actually training the other guy, which was totally fine, but definitely took a lot longer than it would have otherwise, which I wish I would have been given a heads up about prior due to timing! But other than that, it was wonderful!

From beginning to end we had such an amazing experience with Bedrock Quartz. They have a large selection of quartz and granite. We had two salespeople assisting us, Kayla and Joe, and both were great. They were friendly and we got our quote in a timely manner. When we emailed questions they were quick to reply. They seriously are so fast! From the day we decided on a material, we had our counters installed within a week and a half!! Our installer, Alex Zavala, was fantastic as well. They were professional and respectful of our home and did beautiful work.

First of all, I have to give Sales Rep John Anderson thanks for helping us the past few months in finding the granite counter tops to match our kitchen. He has taken a lot of time and patience to make sure we found the exact pattern. Numerous trips to our house and consultations. I have to thank Jesus and Jimmy our installers. Jesus is the hardest working person you will ever meet and he is exact. Had to have him come back and finish the seams which took over four hours. Total he has spent 15 hours installing our counter tops and ours is not a large kitchen. Seams are still not right but better. As to Bedrock the company, I did not rate them higher because of their communication with us. False state dates, and returns kept us waiting a whole days without communication from them. We had to spend another day for the seams. Texts dont get responded to and on the whole very poor communication.The most important learning experience for us was not just the cost of the stone but all of the add-ons that go with it.Again, thanks John, you are great.

I worked with Joe at BR Quartz and he was great...I love how my kitchen countertops and backsplash turned out. The countertop installers, Manny and Trace, did a great job and even came back to shave a little off my quartz overhang, so that my new range would fit between the countertops nicely. Great company to work with!!

I just got my quartz countertops installed through bedrock quartz. They are beautiful but I wouldnt recommend this company. We went a whole month without a kitchen waiting for the install. One of the schedulers was sick then we hit the holidays. When they finally installed on Jan 3 they dripped silicone all over my newly installed drawer fronts (see pic). Sadly this is after trying to scrap it off*Update* Bedrock came out today (Feb 22) and cleaned all the silicone off the drawer fronts. I really appreciated them following up and making sure I was completely happy with their work.

John and Joseph did a phenomenal job installing our counters! We can’t even see any seams. Happy and satisfied with the installed product. The estimate went great as well. Scheduling a time was difficult due to our templater being sick and customer service not able to reschedule us until two business days later and after the weekend.

Bedrock Quartz is the absolute best to work with. We have had some issues with the sealant on our Granite. They went above and beyond to fix the issues. And when a year later a stain cropped back up, they stepped up to the plate and made everything right. Again! Highly recommend for the excellent customer service.

My experience with Bedrock Quartz was really good. I walked into the showroom last summer. I didnt have an appointment but I had been referred by a relative. Connie was able to help me. I had a good idea of what I wanted but she was able to point out a beautiful quartz that was just perfect and less money than others I looked at. She was able to source out a sink and faucet for me as well.I had Bedrock Quartz demo my old counter top, sink and faucet. Connie did a great job of coordinating a plumber to disconnect everything the same day and come back the next day to reconnect. The installers were very professional and everything turned out beautifully. I love my quartz! Thanks to everyone that helped with my project. I would recommend them to anyone!

I’m shocked by the lack of follow through. I have requested a bid from John the sales person, multiple times without any response. I spoke to him on the phone and he insured me I would receive the proposal by the end of the day and again I received nothing. I contacted the leadership and the owner of the company and have had no response. There are many other stone companies around who will follow through. Do not waste your time here.

Awesome service and beautiful finished product. Flawless, stunning and smooth. Love the sink which we chose from the showroom. Long drive to the showroom but helpful to walk away with 5 samples to compare with tiles and ability to see the large slabs. Exact measurements and professional installation, level as can be. You can tell that installers Jimi (Jimmy?) and Jesus have a ton of experience with their quick and efficient methods and carefulness moving and placing the slabs without causing surrounding damage or leaving a mess. If this was a typical transaction for Bedrock, theyre a no-brainer choice!

We purchased our counter tops through Ikea and Bedrock Quartz just installed a few days ago. We are very happy with how they turned out. I really liked how Amy just texted back and forth with me to arrange scheduling for template and install dates. I wish more companies would catch on to how people communicate in 2019! Bedrock Quartz of West Jordan was wonderful! I just had my new kitchen tops installed as well as a bathroom vanity. From the very first phone call with Jeff to the clean up after my installers, Graham and John, left, the process was painless. Jeff was wonderful in making sure everything was taken care of. The scheduling staff was quick and efficient and the installers were professional and very respectful. It was a wonderful experience and I would definitely recommend them!

I hired Bedrock to do my granite countertops on my full kitchen remodel. They did a great job. The counters fit perfectly, including around my new farm sink, and there are no gaps or seams. The hardest part was picking out the granite from their stock and samples. The salespeople were very helpful, including on a Saturday. The template step happened right after the cabinets were installed, and counters were put in about 10 days after that. Everything was on time as promised. I have no complaints whatsoever and would highly recommend this firm based on my recent experience.

Bedrock Quartz has been a great company to work with. Their service was exceptional and I would certainly recommend them. They take care of the whole process from tear out and installation to clean up which is great, but they were also able to design exact match layouts, even with virtual textures so you know exactly what to expect and can get exactly what you want. (Based on my research, they also had the best prices too).I would definitely recommend them.
