During 2021 I worked to finish a 1400 sq ft basement. We planned 4 bedrooms, a bathroom and a utility room. In order to make sure I was getting a good deal I contacted 8 companies, saw 6 of them come to my house to generate a quote, of which only 5 sent the quotes. Out of all those, Builder’s Choice was the clear winner. They were not the cheapest and they were not the most expensive. What made Builders Choice stand out was that from the very beginning Steve was very enthusiastic about my project and showed he actually cared about my project. He worked with me on my ideas and I believe that the floor plan we worked together on was better from both our inputs. He had the first draft for me in under 12 hours! After the project started I was again amazed with Builders Choice As every sub contractor they had for plumbing, electrical, framing, drywall and painting were all excellent, professional people that I would work again with in a heartbeat. Steve himself is very quick to answer text messages and handle questions. Hands down I will do business again with Steve if I need any more work done on my house. If you need any work done on your house in the SLC valley, include Builder’s Choice in your list of companies to get quotes from, you will be surprised by the difference they offer.

Builders choice remodeled our kitchen, full basement, and bathroom. He was amazing to work with. He’s conscious of the budget. He will give advice, but let you choose how things should go. And he’s friendly. I highly recommend builders choice. I would give more than 5 stars if I could.

We have has Builders Choice do home remodeling for us for many years beginning in the 1970s. First in our Sandy home he put in a bay window in our dining room and storm windows in the living room. A couple of years later, we had him finish our basement. After we moved to Riverton a few years ago, we had him finish our basement with two bedrooms, bathroom and great room. Two years ago, we had him remodel our kitchen, putting in an extra large island, wonderful pantry, induction stove top, double ovens and replacing our tile floors with luxury vinyl tile.We have never had any complaints about any thing Steve has done for us. We are very happy with everything. He is always on time and does exactly what he says he will. We would never even think of hiring any other contractor no matter what the expense, which Steve is very good about not overcharging. His quotes are always good and fair.

We used Builders Choice Co. to remodel and update the older home we bought. Steve with Builders Choice was very professional and thorough with our questions during the initial walk thru. Steve had the bid with a computer drawing for us to see the layout back with in a few days. We are very please with the remodel and the crew. We remodeled the kitchen, family rm, master bedroom . We also added on to enlarge the master bath and added a laundry room upstairs.
