Im so grateful we have Allstate! They take care of us so well. Every time I need to get a hold of John or Rebecca they are so quick to respond and help me with what I need! I do feel bad, Ive had Rebecca take cars off and put cars back on our insurance like crazy...but she is so patient and gets it done right away.

John is an excellent agent. He has answered all my questions when I call, text or email really quickly. And hes very personable. His office staff is truly amazing as well! When John was out of town, Becca took great care of me as well! Best service anywhere!

Allstate does it again and again, I enjoy the discounts especially during these trying times when there seems to be no hope with the COVID-19 and the economy getting worse. Thank you for standing with me that I have been able to pay my bills on time even when I lost my Job but I have you by my side.

Very horrible experience trying to get a refund. They gave me a quote online then the local agent called and said it was actually 5x the amount quoted. Very hard to get a refund and ended up going with progressive for more than half a decrease from Allstate’s quote. The funny thing is they charge you before letting you know how much you actually will be paying each month.
