I got to meet Dean but this visit was much different than any other meets I have ever experienced. He cares about you and your family. He compares what you have or had to new or future coverage and finds the best coverage for your needs. I would really recommend him and his staff to take care of all of your insurance needs. Matt helped me with a claim about 2 weeks ago. To say I was satisfied with Matts service is an understatement. I would give him and the team 10 stars if possible. My car was totaled on a Monday morning. I had the claim finalized and a check for the vehicle in my account by the next Monday. Matt kept me in the loop and constantly communicated with me in regards to what was needed. This kind of service and communication was refreshing not only for dealing with an insurance issue but for any customer service issue in general.

Found a few items that needed to be tweaked added a few extra we felt like we might need, no Pressure. First time anybodys ever reviewed our policy this thoroughly with us.
