I choose Z Luxury for their very calm and personalized service. Also, they are very clean and I know I will not get any infection as I’ve encountered at other places. When you come to Z Luxury you will find the staff to be friendly no matter if they are with another client. I have been coming here for approximately 4 years. If I come on a regular bases or come in every 6-12 months the atmosphere is the same, not treated any differently. Here you will know that you took some me time, relaxed and refreshed. Also, my husband loves this place and asks to go again because it’s an environment for all. My services are completed to perfection.

Kendra and her salon are UNPARALLELED!!! Every time I have gone there I receive amazing service and a great atmosphere. I have been going to Kendra for a couple years now, I admit I was an acrylic kinda gal but a friend recommended her to me. After a few sessions and following her advice my nails became healthy and strong AND LONG on their OWN which was a first! I don’t go as much anymore due to work but she is THE only person I will see for my nails. I highly recommend her.

Jasmine and Kristin were very nice and attentive. I went to do my nails for my birthday. I like that they use vegan products, the dry dazzled manicure/pedicure is such high quality. It feels like glass with the gloss on top. I highly recommend the CBD oil treatment. I had such dry feet and it really made a difference. Definitely will come again!!

What an amazing experience! It’s such a warm, clean atmosphere. I don’t do well in new places, but Jasmine was so kind & welcoming. I am thankful that I found this salon on Power of CT’s registry. The atmosphere was very inviting and clean. My appointment started on time and ended very close to the estimated time in the booking. I originally booked for regular polish but decided to try the dazzle dry. It’s great, it really does dry in 5 minutes, such a time saver! The hand exfoliate is amazing. I definitely will be back and will recommend to anyone.

My pedicure felt great and the polish came out perfect. Their pedicure tubs are removable and dont have jets, so its definitely clean! Highly recommend and will return.

I went to Z Luxury nails for a french mani and pedi with Jasmine. She was amazing, the site was clean and professional. The products she used were good & smelled great. I have been getting pedicures for years from the same place, I moved and decided to try them out ( Z Luxury) because of their great reviews. I feel like the pedicure lacked, A pedicure to me is getting more in depth, taking out all those skins & in grown nails etc, that didnt happen. My manicure the lines are messy. I dont think ill be going back. Its not what I expected for a 4.9 starred place. The pictures are from the day after Sunday. I went in Saturday at 11:15 am.

I went there and the attitude of one of the staff was shocking considering i had read about the salon and i was looking forward for a different way and an innovative aproach to this process. Horrible treatment and i have no idea why. Im a person who takes great pride the way i cary myself, how i act and i also i do value very much the etiquettes and customer service and a firm believer of being a decent human before anything else. Super disappointed they lost a customer that would have been loyal if they method of communication was different. I don’t think I would give them another chance because they are so many other local businesses they acknowledge the importance of personal approach.

Im giving it 4 stars because the service was good and the place is cleaned and relaxing. I was not completely satisfied with my pedi. I was looking for a place that would scrub my foot really well, especially the back of my heel. The lowest price for a mani was $25. Good job, just not great!

Today was my first visit! I scheduled a regular pedicure with Kristin. When I walked in, I immediately noticed how good it smelled! Kristin did tell me that you can purchase the candles they make which I’m planning on doing next time I love. It was small and cozy but also decorated beautifully and not over crowded like other nail salons, so I felt safe. Kristin was very nice and pleasant and literally did the best pedicure I ever had. The polish came out PERFECT! I got the quick dry polish which dries in 5 min as opposed to regular polish which was a no brainer ($5 upcharge which was totally worth it). The polish was so beautiful it literally looks like gel even though they don’t offer gel. I’m excited to come back to try a manicure!

Each visit Jasmine was very professional and provided great conversation as well as beneficial nail care tips for at home. The different brands of polishes Ive chosen have withstand the test of my hands being subjected to frequent hand washing which is a plus especially in todays times. Overall, Ive enjoyed my experiences as well as the quality of the services recieved at Z Luxury. Also...being able to choose from a selection of books to read while I waited had me wishing I could just light one of Kendras candles and stay ❤️.

I like the fact that the shop provides natural nail service. You are not exposed to inhaling chemical scents. Pricing is comparable to other nail salons but with triple the quality in my opinion. The artists are always on time, respect your appointment times as well as the customers that follow. Parking is never an issue. At my past appointments I have always been 100% satisfied. I so enjoyed my first time with Kendra, and even having small talk with everyone in the salon. She gave me some great tips on treating my eczema. On the day of my appointment I had a flair up on my fingers and side of my hand. She treated me so good that any hesitation or shame I felt as soon as she said “don’t worry I got you!” was gone. Kendra, Kristen, and Jasmine are an awesome team at Z-Luxury. My nails are healthy and my hands and feet always come out so soft. Z-Luxury actually did my nails for my wedding and they were absolutely beautiful. They started treating my nails several weeks prior to my wedding. As of the evening before my wedding when I got them done, my nails were strong and had length to them. So much length Kendra was able to put a very classy and elegant design on the tips. I highly recommend Z-Luxury Nails.

I decided to finally write a review about how wonderful my Z Luxury family is after “stepping out” today to get a polish change. I know better to have anyone else, cut, file, or shape my nails! The nail technician, kept saying how beautiful and strong my natural nails were! During my appointment she even asked me where I normally get my nails done!Kristin, Jasmine and Kendra all take the time that is needed on your nails. You never feel rushed, and healthy nails are growing beautiful nails!The salon is warm and relaxing, and booking an appointment is easy! You don’t feel like you are rushed or just a number, They are my family!The only complaint I’ve heard is the difficulty in scheduling an appointment, but based upon my experience, that comes from a pattern of last minute, nail salon mill mentality. They are worth the wait, and I’d rather wait on quality rather that get something quick that will damage my nails!As long as I’m in Connecticut, there is no other salon that’s giving me a manicure!

It’s so cool to get my nails done by the salon that won 2019 best of Hartford in Hartford Magazine, and Hartford Courant. They won four years in a row. So I thought that was cool. I am a returning customer and lately I’ve been trying to go more consistently. The prices are reasonable and the quality is outstanding. I always feel comfortable and pampered. My nails always look picture perfect when I leave.

Not your usual mani-pedi factory. Well decorated, meticulously clean, calming and quiet. Kendra was focused as if I was the only person in the place. I felt well cared for with excellent results. She was even kind enough to laugh at my bad attempts at humor.
