Freeway Insurance has always been a reliable insurance broker in my whole driving experience. I honestly could say that they give the best customer service, on the phone AND in-person. They were very responsive on the phone, most importantly they were all were so polite and understanding, especially this time of a pandemic.Karla from the Covina branch gave me an outstanding service today. She was really pleasurable to speak with! She did not only save me $700 on my insurance policy, she also had found me the best premium coverage that I didnt even have with my previous policy. From $230/mo, I now pay $128/mo with more awesome benefits! She was thorough and reassuring. Karla was a wonderful agent to work with, she was really genuine and truly assures quality service for her clients. Much thanks, Karla! I really appreciate it! I highly recommend her to anyone.

Recently tried to switch cars on my policy I figured this should be simple enough just remove the old vehicle and add the new vehicle keep the policy the same which is just basic liability and an SR22 so I call and then the agent decides to give me a new policy stating that Ill save money still dont know why that was necessary because the difference was only like $3 so he finds me a policy saves me like $3 like I mentioned but I had to another 300 for the down payment and installment plan and all that but still I was okay with it I was like sure fine lets just do it like two weeks later I get a letter from the DMV stating that my license is suspended due to no insurance coverage on file which is a big hassle because I just got my license back several months ago I work full time so I cant take off to go to the DMV to go handle this Im being charged for it by the DMV and to make matters worse when I try and call the office I still cant get through to David Vasquez every time I call some guy answers and says hes in a meeting hell call you back they even take my number down and they still dont call me back this is the third time I tried calling them David Vasquez is the one who set up my policy and the one who did not forward the correct information to the DMV and still no response after 3 calls Ive even stated the importance of my situation but clearly they just wanted their commission from the down payment I ended up Pauling blue fire insurance the company that they set me up with they told me there wasnt even an SR22 on file keep in mind I told David I want the same policy just a different car my old policy had an SR22 anyway the people at blue fire insurance gave me an SR22 now my insurance is more than my previous policy by ten bucks all they had to do was keep my old policy they just really made a mess out of my situation and guess what I still have a suspended license and this situation still has not been fixed I even called yesterday and they still have not called me back do not work with David Vasquez or the insurance company worst customer service they dont even call you back

What a shame. I thought Kevin was really helping me out with getting me affordable insurance but instead im paying almost 200$ every month when he said it was around 75$ and I DID NOT SET UP FOR AUTOMATIC PAYMENTS! EVERY TIME I GET PAID IN MY PAID ACCOUNT TBEY TAKE 200$ EHILE SENDING ME NOTICES THAT I HAVENT PAID AND I HAVE TO REINSTATE MY INSURANCE?? THEY MAKE MONEY OFF OF CONFUSING YOU AND LYING. TO NOT COME HERE OR YOULL BE PAYING SOMEONE ELSES BILLS

Trying to make a payment they just send you to a different number that doesnt answer and they have no info on your account or anything, just get transferred from one person to another pretty much useless, theres a AAA right next door just go there.

Horrible service my renewal came up my rate went up 140 more a month I called them they told me they would call me back to help me nobody called me back. Im very upset no help.To your response I called that number and still no help. I feel like I was rushed like she did not want to talk to me. Oh well I tryied.

I am a long time customer and never have I had such a horrible experience now the people that work there are rude not helpful Leonardo was the manager he created a policy and when I went back to add a car that he said would be simple he said it was cancelled created new one said he would refund me had me pay again I had double coverage which is against the law I keep getting the run around from new manager that is there now since Leonardo left a day after I talked to him told him I was coming in, money taken from my account for a policy I thought was cancelled, Leonardo never calls me back or answers emails i have to keep calling him I was put on hold for 22 min I called him on another phone and he answered so Joclyn never told him I was on the phone I called complaint dept. And at this point they have all my money everyone keeps pointing fingers and saying tomorrow it will be resolved tomorrow never comes.. its a very stressful situation and still not resolved. I would steer clear of this place. Very disappointed I was lied to several times all trust and faith gone in this company.

Good service, i belive the agent that helped me was Fransisco, young guy, tall, sits in the front. well i just want to make sure im putting the right review for the right person. Great customer service made me feel welcomed and comfortable. He was able to find me a good quote, i purchased the insurance about 4 months ago. Im glad he was able to help me, i sometimes dont think people understand that a quote online and over the phone may change once you provide them with your full info when meeting up. if you have points your insurance is not going to be cheap keep that in mind.

Ive been getting so many calls from this company and they cant give me an accurate rate. I currently have allstate and all i asked for was a quote once they know how much I pay which is something that they cant beat they tell me why is it that I want insurance. The manager their was very rude and hung up on me. No customer service at all!!! All I wanted was a quote.!

Waited over 45 minutes to be help. . Nobody took the time to look up and see us waiting here.....
