Okay so Im kinda in my feelings but its no biggie the 💫Universe💫💞 always shows me love and I am very appreciative for it......which is why I do my 3 good deeds anyday I can🙌.Sooo JT really made me feel Grateful that I did a google search and choose Aims website, the look was user friendly right from the start and JT got in touch with me super quick, he was very professional even provided me with a quote from my old company under new-ownership ( knowledge found out by speaking with 3 others agents offering higher start-up / mthly payments from the SAME company during my price check HUNT😊) but at a cheaper rate I got all of my coverage at a way cheaper price which is the reason why I let the coverage lapse in the beginning I didnt want to feel robbed but who knew I would end up actually feeling blessed TY........

Really thankful for the help I received today. Spoke with a man named Jt, he made my whole situation at the dmv much easier. I got insured today plus had to un-suspend my car. He took care of the payment for me while I was waiting in line at the dmv. Saved me time. Was not aware I had to pay that first being this is my first time in this situation. So he called back communicating and making sure everything would be set up and good to go by the time I got up to the front of the line. Being at the Dmv is unpleasant enough but having Jr help me out was the highlight of it all. Really sincere about it as well which is a big plus to me as a costumer! Thank you so much! Really horrible place dont trust them.. Janet said she couldnt help me because I need to speak to Jennifer the person who made my policy ? I called to see when my insurance bill was due the lady Janet told me it was due on the 28th . I check my bank acct transactions my money was taken out on the 20th with no knowledge . When I spoke to her again she kept trying to talk over me not even letting me talk . I literally only had insurance for 19 days and after that I was charged for anthor month . IF YOU DO HAPPEN TO USE THEM DONT LET THEM SIGN YOU UP FOR THE DIRECT DEPOSIT . WHEN THE BILL IS DUE THEY AUTOMATICLLY WILL TAKE IT OUT THEY TELL YOU YOULL RECIVE A CHEPER PRICE ON YOUR INSURANCE THATS HOW THEY GET YOU.

Wrost place ever for insurance . Please be aware of their sneaky ways . Do not go here they will take your money ! Cancel your policy .they dont even inform of mis payment they wait a whole month then they call you.. Rebecca is the wrost .. make the switch like I did ..u will be better off
