Ladies in the office are always welcoming. I mostly deal with Natalia but shes always super helpful and explains all the coverages in detail, Griselda also make you feel welcomed and answers any questions we may have definitely recommend them!!!

My father has insurance here and was added to his auto policy and the monthly payment was not bad reasonable pricing and high limits on our policy ! great explaining on coverages will recommend was helped out by Natalie

Overcharges of late fees with cash!!!!! GO online and make the Payment!!! Save yourself about 30 dollars of overpayment😒

This place is great, you get fast and friendly service and fair prices. You will be in and out in a timely manner. They have cable, to keep your kids entertained, little snacks and comfortable seats. These people understand and learn every case and get you insurance you want at a price you can afford. They offer registration services, Title transfers, which is great so you won’t be waiting in line at the DMV.

This place is horrible i definitely regret switching from state farm to this place, the agent that helped me here ripped me off...they have been saying i will get a refund but every time i try calling to see wheres the refund the always hang up on me or have me on hold and say “we will speak to our financial advisor, they will refund you” its been about a month and i still cant cancel my policy because these people are never available...the manager Janet at the West Covina location is not helpful at all and the finance person Amanda never answers or shes always on “lunch” and never returns my calls. NEVER HAVE I EVER BEEN SO FRUSTRATED WITH AN INSURANCE AGENCY, DOUBLE CHECK YOUR POLICIES BECAUSE THEY CLAIM TO BE CHEAP BUT YOU GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR AND THE DOWNPAYMENTS ARE RIDICULOUS !

This place is garbage ... back in August we walked in despredly looking for insurance mind u we have two cars that required full coverage because we are still paying them and our finance and is requesting full coverage . So the person who helped us name is “Daniel” gave us a quote mind you I wasn’t quite satisfy on the prices he gave us because the down payment was so high (400) and our monthly payment was almost 300 (on a 2007 and 2013)he wasn’t giving up on us “just” to make a sale so of course he brain washed us with a story of I can hook you guys up with 400 down payment and 136 if u get something in between . So we asked what do you mean in between so he explained that this insurance wasn’t liability and it wasn’t full coverage it was in between he did mention that the finance company would accept this kind of coverage as a full coverage so of course we where satisfy with the quote he had gave us he was so quick to charge those 400 out of my bfs card only gave us ID cards we asked for paper work and said the company will mail it to you five months after finance is requesting proof of insurance for the two cars so we call the office to make a payment of 136 then to come out they wanted a payment of 263 my bfs said he would call back to pay with his card . Calls back a few minutes after his ready with his bank card then he stars asking why was the payment goin to be 263 then they told him no it’s 136 I guess some one was trying to over charge him by this time his made a payment the he stars asking why haven’t you guys send my my paper work or the page of declaration my finance is asking for it and then boom the bomb drops just come come find out our finance company WAS never added then as this young lady is trying to figure out why it wasn’t added comes to find out the all this time we only had liability . This person did us so dirty we paid 400 with our hard work and sweat just to lie to us .NOT to Mention they wanna charge another 200 just to make things right and star a new policy But it dosent end here so now who’s goin to pay for the full coverage insurance that our finance company is charging us now for those 5/6 months !!! It’s over 1500 just on the insurance that they provided during those months ! I am very upset hopefully this gets fixed !!!!

Be careful with patty that works there she will do whatever it takes to take your money away from you. Trust me it happen to me and I had to threaten to sue them in order to get my money back. Be very aware of this place!

Staff was very rude while I attempted to make a payment. They have terrible customer service and tell their customers wrong information in order to get more money out of them.

The girls there are very nice. I recommend them. Natalia is the one who takes care of me and I like service. Everyone is attentive, I recommend them 👍

The worst experience with the staff please those in charge of these workers aganse responsible for training before putting them in front of customers I have 3 years with this insurance and have never done their job properly the numbers of vin flipped and cars that I do not have put them too much Lack of profesionalism. Please put responsible and skilled people for these positions.
