My husband and I have lived at The Atrium since 2017. Everyone at the leasing office has always been attentive and responsive with all our needs. Personally, we have never had problems with getting a response back or our maintenance requests taken care of, they always fix it. We used to live in building C 2017-2019 an upstairs unit, at this time they were just starting to remodel and that is the reason why we decided to stay. Of course, with the condition we get a remodeled unit downstairs. We reached out to Mireya and she took care of us, got us the unit, and disclosed all the important information about the rent increase and or fees prior to us moving in, which was not a deal breaker for us. The maintenance guys are literally the BEST and go above and beyond. I always see them in the mornings and throughout the day cleaning and picking up trash as well as taking care of maintenance request. We love it here, so we decided to renew our lease again.On another note… I feel like the tenants complaining about the rent and fees are forgetting what this place looked like before and that’s the reason the rent was “lower”. They have made TREMENDOUS changes and improvements the past 2-3 year to the buildings, and all amenities equipment are NEW and modernized and that’s the reason why we don’t mind paying a little extra. Also, I couldn’t help but notice the comments about roaches and we have NEVER had a reach problem, not even 1.With that said, we will be staying at the Atrium as long as God permits and highly recommend it.Thank You Atrium😊

I’ve been living in the atrium apartment complex majority of my life and the experience I had there was awfully trash, They are more concerned on how the place looks then their own residents I have told management many times about neighbors being loud from 12 to 3 in the morning yet still nothing has changed but are considered about my bike left in my own parking spot that I pay for. Love how they demand for the rent but you don’t get for what you Pay for not worth living here if I could I’d rate it -5 out of 5 stars.OVERPRICED

Such a pleasant experience and I am so glad I moved in here. Mireya from management is so helpful that I absolutely had no trouble moving in or exploring. Neighborhood is very good.Apartments are spacious and the community is well maintained,clean and safeThankyou Atrium for making it wonderful experience staying here!

I have to say thank you to management for really doing a great job at Atrium!! Maintenance is quick to respond to work orders and the ladies in the office are very hopefully. Thank you guys!

Glade my time as a tenant at the Atrium has ended. I could no longer take the excessive monthly fees, 100 dollar a year rent increases and poor property management. I attempted to reach out to FPI Management and Property Manager Wendy several times to discuss my concerns about the excessive noise, weed smoking and beer consumption out in the open by other tenants. Not a single message I left was ever answered. The 2200 dollars a month I paid for a two bedroom apartment is more then what I pay for my house. If you value your sanity you will avoid the Atrium apartments.

The Atrium apartment are an overpriced, roach infested dump ran by the property slumlord Wendy Garcia. She is very unproffessional and prides herself on gouging tenants for extra fees. You will pay 65 dollars for extra parking and get a water, trash and sewer bill which ranges between 120 & 200 on top of your rent. They are now charging extra for hot water also. You can also count on getting a yearly 100 dollar rent increase. Work orders are ignored and dont bother calling the office because they never answer. Calling FPI Management does no good either. This is the company Wendy works for. Also Wendy was arrested in front of her tenants back in October for fighting with her man. Please avoid this place. I wasted a year of my life living here. Zero stars!

Id give it 10 stars if we had security cameras and more parking space. Overall staff (Pam) is awesome. Maintenance good.Place is always clean. Layouts are beautiful.

Nobody picks up around their pets, children, or themselves. Place is NOT a clean, and everything fell apart in my apartment weeks after moving in. It takes forever for anything to get dealt with and fixed.

I would totally give the atrium 5 stars if it wasnt for the PARKING! Seriously!!!! Ugh! it kills me. I cant ever have anyone over because there is no where for them to park and in the additional space that we pay for, people STILL park in it. But, aside from THAT i really do like it here. I love my neighbors and the maintenance staff is great! its clean and having an online payment system is ideal for me and my roommate can pay separate and stuff. Sorry I couldnt justify the 5. but i think a 4 is fair for what we get, where we are at, and all. Oh and they need to stop changing managers. All of them are nice ive seen 3 since i moved in, but it would be nice to have a steady person in there imho.
