We rented a double lane slide for the second year in a row from here. The slide is awesome and the kids were on it the whole time! It does not disappoint!The crew comes and sets up early so youre ready to start your event on time- love that they dont rush you to wrap it up. Very good company and will continue to use them!

Rented an assortment of tables, chairs, and draping for a corporate event. Really appreciated their willingness to 1. accommodate my very specific drop off schedule and 2. accommodate qty increases THREE DAYS (!!) before my event. Two thumbs up!!

This moon bounce / water slide rental co is completely rude, irresponsible, cursed at my 10 year of to young lady put the f#%^ing dog away. Was late for drop off and pickup, the. When I wanted to know times - did not respond. Threatened to cancel upon arrival because I expressed frustration at their tardiness. Do not use this company. Oh and the setup fell apart so my husband had to fix it within an hour of setup. Which they had to use our ladder to Setup as they didn’t have their own. Wow.

They handled my rental perfectly! Ive never rented anything from a place like this before. I didnt want to pay the delivery fee, so I picked up the cotton candy machine myself. They were so nice! They took the time to make sure I knew how to use it. They even made sure to give me contact information in case I ran into a problem during use. I didnt even have to clean it. When I brought it back, they were very nice again. WONDERFUL company. They will definitely get my business again next yea !

Poor customer service and rude, neglectful communication.The experience began well-- easy ordering online and quick response when I had to amend my order a few times. Delivery driver is friendly and professional.However, their invoice to customers states clearly that their office will call prior to equipment delivery. This is a lie. As they claim now, they will only call for orders requiring set-up, even though this clause isnt communicated.When I followed up with the office, they continue to be indignant and eschew responsibility for their failure to communicate clearly and professionally to their customer.What a huge disappointment. This company has left an ugly bitter taste after such a sweet event. Will look elsewhere for my future party needs.

We hired One Stop Party Shop for a Moon Bounce at my nieces birthday party. The booking process was easy and fast. They showed up on time and everything was in great condition, looked brand new and was the hit of the party. The crew over at One Stop is A++ and zi cant wait to use them again.

Warning! Do Not use one stop party shop . My experience with One stop party shop was horrible, the moon bounces were Filthy dirty! They were coated with mildew! Not worth what they are charging for rentals, to top it off the manager was extremely rude, communication was bad.. My family and I were stunned after dealing with one stop party shop. This experience ruined our event and our entire weekend! Thank you one stop party shop, we wont be using your service ever again.
