Elba did an amazing job on both my teenager and 6 year old. She even took the time to try to teach my youngest how to style his hair with gel. Great service!

Normally great service. But you might avoid the woman with jet black hair and bottle blond bangs. She was far more interested in talking with her co-worker (about other customers), even stopping several times to chat. Actual hair cut was OK, but she did not offer to trim eye brows or wild ear hairs and, frankly, by that time I was just wanting to get on with other things.

Jade is my by a great around sweet person. Only go through her and my son too. Everything is well taking care of also.

This was my first visit to this chain. I came in with a friend and we both had the same stylist. My impression started going down hill as I noticed all but 2 staff members were sloppily dressed for a workout. Too tight, too short atire for supposed professionals. One stylist walked behind a completed guest and let him leave with quite a bit of hair stuck to the back of his shirt. Sloppy.My stylist was very friendly and took time to examine my hair growth patterns. The only issue I have is she is big into pushing hair products. I am fully aware of trying to add on products to a sale, thats fine. But when both me and my friend advised her neither of us like product, thats the time to cut the hair to not have to use product. After my shampoo today, I realized what I didnt see yesterday after my cut. My stylist put product in my hair and the way it is cut now, I HAVE to use moose or something to shape my hair for work. My hair was cut to need products even though I didnt want that. Maybe this was just a misunderstanding, but I wont be back.

Nice people but i got bad haircut. They tried to fix it but keep messing it up more. Had to get out and find someone else to fix their mess.

I went in with a coupon for a free first time customer MVP haircut, which the staff assured me in advance would be honored. I got a very rushed basic haircut, and after it was over, I was informed that the coupon would not be accepted. I have in the past had both better quality haircuts and better service from inside Wal-Mart.

Got an awesome hair cut! Ive been to a few around the area and this was my favorite. I walked in on a Saturday expecting a long wait, but I got right in. The rain must have scared everyone away. Cindy did an awesome job, she took her time and did it right. she wasnt rushing to get me in and out like some hair places. I wish I lived closer!

They’ve no patience. The moment she sees my son is the one up for a cut she has an attitude. I’ve heard her (the heavier set one) plea to her coworker to cut his hair instead of her. Yesterday he went back with dad and of coarse the moment SHE sees him she has an attitude and seemed so bothered when asked to cut his hair shorter. 1. Cooper never caused a ruckus at the shop 2. It was asked that his hair would be a good 2in shorter right off the bat. She proceeded only cutting half an inch and when asked to cut more she had an attitude.I work down the street and I don’t see how someone could hate their job so much and fail to provide good customer service.

I was out and about and went to a different Sports Clips. Same great experience. The lady who cut my hair did an excellent job and listened and asked questions so she could get my hair cut short the way I like it for the Summer Heat. Great store and wonderful experience.

Not bad, effective, however the stylist didnt seem to know what she was doing. Actually, she at one point said I dont know what to do with your hair. Not really something you want to hear in the middle of your apartment

All the stylists are friendly. The store is very clean & the MVP haircut is the only way to go. Enjoy watching sports while you wait and while your getting your hair cut.

Today is technology switch over day at this Sports Clips. New sign-in computer. New wait list monitor. With that being said, the sense of urgency is not present. 4 customers waiting in lobby and we are not happy. A lot of walking around and chit chatting with each other. One guest was asked to help plug the phone in under the counter.Typically a great place. But not today. Several walk outs.One reason people like sports clips is the speed and efficiency customers can get in and out. Frustrating today.

I have been looking for the best place to get a haircut, and all I can say sport clips on Plano parkway is the place to go. Monica has helped me out the past couple of times, and I have been extremely satisfied with her work. Monica is hard working, and entertaining she will not disappoint go see her at sport clips today you wont regret it.

The initial 28 minute wait became an hour and a half. No one has any real sense of time or concern for the customers wait. If the wait is an hour and a half Please!!! just be honest and upfront. Also the location needs more people working instead of having a business conversation about a complaining customer in front of aggravated customers.

My 3 yr old son gets his haircut with Amber. She is very friendly and patient when working with my son. His haircuts are always what I ask for and look great! I would highly recommend her for a kids cut!!!

This particular Sports Clips has one of the best stylists who I trust to cut my hair. When you get the chance, ask for Yiovana and she will give you a great cut!

What can I say, I love this place never once had I had a bad hair cut. Yiovana and her team are great at what they do. They listen to what you have to say, and they remember you.

I request you not to visit this location. Ladies who does the job here wants to get the person out ASAP with no proper haircut and just wanted to get money from the customer. The representative who has done my haircut spoiled it completely and I had a business interview next day. Her name should be like Melika something, I dont remember it correctly.She was so negligent in listening to me and gave a hard response. There was a complaint logged with the customer service with the Store ID # replying that owner would call me back, but that didnt happen anyway.PLEASE SAVE YOUR MONEY ON THIS LOCATION ESPECIALLY

Worst hair cut ever... I learned middle of the hair cut that she had just graduated... If you cant cut somewhat fairly you shouldnt be getting your practice on clients. Period.

There is always something with this location. Doenst matter if you check in online. You will wait an hour. Its understaffed, dirty, and the stylists are rude and have no sense of customer service. This was the last time I will go there
