Very unprofessional and expensive. Guy is nice but obviously lies about how much work is actually done. Will do extra work and charge you for it. Left early from office had to wait a half hour for him.

My late 2012 iMac was randomly shutting off almost daily, which in turn made the computer unusable. I looked around online for various solutions and Mike was confident in his abilities to troubleshoot, and find the cause of the issue. He did the research, and found out the power supply could be faulty, so ordered a new part, was able to take my Desktop apart (which another computer repair shop in the area refused to do) and successfully installed the new power supply. After about a week of work, my laptop was returned at a fair price and has been working flawlessly ever since. I recommend Mike and Meridian PC Solutions to anyone who is looking for computer help.

For the non-tech computer owner Meridian PC Solutions is the place you want to go. Mike has a lot of patience and helps you understand your computer. Wrote a review last year and am still using Meridian they are the best.

Cant say enough about Mike. My lap top (aka heart and soul, my bread and butter,) slowed down with a broken internal fan on Friday. The HP people said it was out of stock and Mike found the part, expressed shipped it and had it fixed and cleaned up by end of business day Monday. It is rare to see customer service like that these days and fair pricing to boot. Plus he did not mind going the extra mile explaining everything. He is my new computer doctor.

We had a login issue with my wifes laptop so we took it to Meridian PC Solutions. I had the pleasure of meeting Mike, the owner, who graciously helped us resolve our issue. He was extremely nice and knowledgeable and we now know where to go if we have any computer issues in the future.

Dont know where those 5 star reviews are coming from but this guy doesnt know how diagnose the simplest PC problem. He asked someone else to diagnose the problem for him then he decided that the problem was too simple its not worth compensating the person who actually did the work for him.

Great first time experience...had problems with iphone5, not eligible for upgrade yet and Joe diagnosed, order the part and fixed without a hiccup...his service was honest and professional andtheyre always open. I put off getting the phone fixed but so glad I eventually did and used Joe at Meridian. I will be back with my computers. Highly recommend them!
