I dont know what I would have done without Jimmy! I needed to trade my current vehicle (Cadillac ATS) in as I needed a more family friendly vehicle but my touch screen was damaged and needed repair. Jimmy was hands on in guiding me on the right parts needed as well as being available according to my schedule to get my car fixed and prepped for trading in. He was able to quickly repair the problem and I, in turn, received EXACTLY what I wanted with my trade-in! He even helped me with a recommendation at a dealership to get me into a new car!
