I took my car in for a tune up. I had to go back because the plug wasnt tightened. I was charged again even though it was their mistake. 6 months later I am still having the same issue with my car. I took it elsewhere and was told one of the plugs was never replaced. I am very disappointed in the service and feel I was treated very dishonestly. I would never go back and would never recommend anyone else to use this service.
