I drive 30 minutes to take my vehicles to Z’s, and I have a lot of choices that are closer. Their integrity is second to none. I love the fact that they fix what is necessary and consult with me on repairs that may not need to be done immediately rather than using the scare tactics typical at many franchises.

I came into town to visit family and my vehicle was making noise while traveling. Late on a Friday afternoon, Rick willingly took on the challenge to troubleshoot the issue. He took time to diagnose the issue, fix it and test drive to ensure the issue was addressed. He went out of his way esp at the end of the day and work week to take care of my vehicle and was amazingly fair on his price. Great service! Id highly recommend.

I needed some drag radials mounted in a hurry and Z’s was able to get me in and out very quickly. Super friendly and knowledgeable staff. I will be back for my other tire needs. Thank you for a great job.

11/15/18 Update:What I have written below is still true. Do not believe the bad comments placed on their Facebook page. This garbage was put there by individuals who dont even have their cars/trucks serviced by Zs. It was done by teen kids with a bone to pick with the family. Hope all goes OK as they work through this.Been with these guys for 20 years. They do good work and they are HONEST! Trust is important to me. Rick and Bob are always my go to mechanics.

Courteous, knowledgeable, and a pleasure to do business with. A great place in West Bend for auto repair as well as tire purchases. I highly recommend them.

I want to also recommend Zs Wheel & Tire in West Bend, if you have any tire needs. They are not ripoffs. When they thought they could not help me they referred me to a competitor. I came back, and gave them additional business for which they charged a very fair price.
