Everyone there is one big family basically. Between other gym goers and all the trainers, I’ve never seen a bigger support system for anyone that walks through the door. The encouragement you get there is the best. It’s not just going to the gym. Everyone laughs and keeps it fun, too. But also the trainers help you achieve your goal in the best ways and constantly ask you how you’re doing and check in on your health. They work with you to change bad habits to help your goals. And the place is super clean, always wiped down and sprayed. Being one of my main concerns with gyms, that really helped me love Stoked more. Stoked is made for everyone of any level or ability. The personalized programs help the specific person. I would 1000000% recommend Stoked to every single person.
Stoked has done much more for me than gotten me into shape, although its done that too. Such an amazing and accepting environment that motivates me in a way no other gym experience has. I sincerely cannot recommend it enough!!
I truly have nothing bad to say about Stoked Athletics. I’ve been a member for a little over two years and when I first started, I was working around an injury and was very limited on what I could do. The trainers at Stoked created a program for me that enabled me to still make crazy progress without upsetting my injury. Stoked has helped me hit all my goals and has me doing things I never thought I would be able to accomplish physically. Not only do they know exactly what they’re doing, but all the trainers have become more like friends than anything else. When they say “Stoked Fam” they really mean it. It’s like a big family (one you actually wanna be around). The community is great, the workouts I get done are always solid, and I would never train anywhere else
Stoked Athletics is an incredible gym located in West Babylon. I highly recommend it with 10/10 stars to anyone searching for intimate, tailored and overall high end experience. The trainers are patient, kind and more than willing to work through any and all hurdles you may be experiencing as an athlete or even as a beginner.As a surfer it is important to stay fit inside and outside of the water. In recent time while I was surfing I did a performance maneuver that hyper extended my knee causing serious pain. I was scared to go back to the gym in fear that I would hurt my knee even more and prevent me from healing and even worse prevent me from surfing again.I spoke to the coaches at stoked and they were creative enough to be able to curate the next program specifically to build up all muscle surrounding the knee where my injury was. Since then, I have had no pain and I am no longer scared that I am going to hurt it at all. Now no matter what I am doing whether that is biking, surfing, skating, volleyball, tennis or rock climbing I am confident that the muscles surrounding my knee are strong enough that I will be protected from further injury.Stoked Athletics has really changed every aspect of my life. I used to wake up at 8 or 9am and feel like I wasnt getting enough sleep. Going to the gym at 6am was never (and I mean NEVER) an option. I joined stoked about 7 years ago at their initial location. It was great then and it is even better now! I now go to the gym 4 days a week at 6am! I cannot thank Mike and the team at stoked athletics enough for all that they do.DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND JOIN THIS GYM! Huge, huge fan.
Mike and all of the coaches at Stoked are extremely knowledgeable about everything nutrition as well as fitness. They are always ready and available to answer any type of question about your fitness program and any questions about nutrition. Super friendly and motivating environment! Definitely recommend if you’re looking to get in shape or just feel better overall

Mike and his team are amazing! The facility is clean and always following the CDC guidelines for the safety of his members. The personalized program is amazing, with different workouts to reach my physical goals. Thank you so much for all of the work you guys do!
Mike is awesome. Didn’t even start yet and it’s already a change from normal gyms. You get your own personalized workout routine and they help you out with diet tips as well!Different type of atmosphere, no one judges you and every member tries to help one another out, all positive vibes. Can’t wait to start!
Stoked athletics is an awesome place to start your fitness journey or to continue if you already have experience. You get a personalized program made to meet your goals and nutrition advice if you need. Semi personal training is a great way to get time with your trainer at an affordable price. Music choice is also a plus! Always something for everyone to bump to.

Every time you go to Stoked Athletics you know you are going to get a detailed workout session that most definitely makes a difference. Mixing Mike’s sessions into my workout program has most definitely made a difference for me both mentally and physically. I highly recommend scheduling an evaluation and trying it out for yourself. I feel like Mike gives a unique level of detail that you don’t get from your typical “Big gym” personal trainer.
Mike and Matt both are the most knowledgeable coaches Ive ever worked with! As a remote client, it is so important to have an interactive coach who can engage with their clients in a timely fashion and that is hands down Mike (my coach)! I feel like he is always there for me when we are actually 6 hours away. His feedback is always what I need to hear and he is so flexible with my schedule for programming and lets me ask anything and everything! I owe him getting me back into wanting to compete In a sport again (I used to compete for oly lifting) and cant thank them enough!

Each time I leave here I feel like I am getting a jump start in my motivation. The energy inside Stoked is in no better way to describe besides fun and healthy. At a lot of other places people are working out yes, but the environment doesnt feel all that healthy; like people still arent really treating themselves right. I learned to work hard and push myself for no other sake then getting just bit better for me. This wasnt something I was taught or forced fed to think but something that happened through osmosis while being there (maybe its the no mirrors thing). Mike my coach is super knowledgable and just a great human.
Mike offers one of a kind training that gives results. Stoked fitness has helped me gain strength, confidence and knowledge I never had before. I tried the cookie cutter globo gym. Went in did some random movements paired with some random cardio and got zero results. I tried copying other peoples routines and got zero results. Frustration would lead me to quit early on. And just like others I said I would get back on fitness train and start over. I did. Too many times to count. I hated what I was doing.Fast forward a few years and I met Mike Bouranis of Stoked Athletics. I was skeptical of course and figured this would be like all my other attempts. However during our initial eval I realized Mike was serious and this time would be different. He asked me questions that mattered. Talked about my goals. Listened to my gym history. Since that day we have been jiveing.Mike was able to make me a custom work out geared towards my goals. No I didnt see results in 1 week or 1 month. But I stuck to it. Slowly I felt the change in my body. Movements I couldnt do before, I was now able to do. Goals were being set and met. I sometimes laugh picturing myself at a gym confused and doing as many bicep workouts as possible. No matter how much I did it never yielded results. Now I can go in and Im excited to workout and to crush it.I highly recommend trying a free class. Its all you need to see the difference Stoked has to offer.

Training for two years on my own I had hit plateaus of 140lb bench press, 250lb deadlift, and 250lb squat. After a year with Stoked Athletics these numbers are now 190lb bench press, 402lb deadlift, and a 320lb deadlift. A lot of people focus on numbers and I think these speak for themselves.
I’ve been working with Mike for about a year and a half and feel very fortunate to have him and the Stoked Athletics Team taking care of my programming and strength training needs. I started working with Mike after I had a shoulder injury and realized I needed a more knowledgable and well-rounded approach than the one I was using. Not only have I progressed with my goals, but I’ve also learned so much from Mike both about myself and strength training in general. As someone who has been training for a long time, it has been a relief to have someone who I can trust to write my programs and guide me in the right direction. I’ve learned to train smarter and have an intention for whatever it is that I’m doing. When this starts to get lost or confusing, I’m thankful to have Mike as part of my coaching team to keep me on track and progressing toward my goals, whether it’s training for a fight, building a stronger foundation, or just staying healthy and maintaining the work we’ve put in.
