I was a USAA customer for years, a very great company, but the quote I received for a vehicle I had purchased seemed off. Wanted to share my experience......I called to set up a quote regarding a package with homeowners and auto policy.....dealing directly with the owner. Yesterday we shared all required information and was told was working it up would have my quote first thing in the morning. It is currently 5:30pm the following day and did not recieve any email, text or phone call regarding regarding response. I called and spoke with owner asking why I havent received my quote as it is time sensitive and was given a three systems are down so I cant complete them. Explained I would understand that is there a reason I couldnt get some follow up since my situation is time sensitive. The other brokers I have working things up did exactly what they stated and somehow I received their quotes today. He then had issue with the fact that shouldnt need to follow up with customers based on his agreements he doesnt meet and maybe we arent a good fit.....that is correct sir. We are not a good fit! My business goes elsewhere. He is pretensious, inept, not a man of his word and lacks simple customer courtesy giving assurances with no follow through and only excuses....and takes offense when questioned on bad usoness practices....would. ot recommend this broker to anyone that prefers taking people at their word and when questioned refuses to offer any alternative and rather chooses to dismiss which was his M.O. from the beginning since he didnt follow through with his proposed defined deadline, nor follow up for excuses as to why he didnt do his job...imagine if you.actually had to make a claim....his best behavior is while trying to gain your business....be aware.

I know Chris from an industry group and he had responded when I was trying to find coverage for some clients that had moved to Illinois, where my agency is not licensed. They had some claims, which can make it difficult, but ultimately he was able to quickly take care of them.
