Katie that works for Kyle is absolutely amazing!! She’s went through my accounts thoroughly with me to make sure I have all the best coverages that I needed and wanted and all the discounts that I could possibly get! When I first signed up with Kyle’s firm, the person I originally spoke with had some stuff a little mixed up and Katie took her work home and got it straightened up and the way it should be. Was extremely easy to switch all my policies over to Allstate. They handled everything for me including canceling my prior insurance, notifying both the lender on my truck and my mortgage company. I was able to increase my coverage and add many feature to my policy and still save money each month. I know have 3 accidents that can be forgiven, deductible waiver and 5% of my premium returns at the end of my term if I stay accident free. I also learned about their 100% claims satisfaction guarantee as well. I am just amazed at all the added benefits they offer that none of my previous carriers offer. It’s definitely worth a phone call to them.
