I really like having them as my agent. They are always there when I need them. An there discounts.

It could be a little more accommodating. Its all right.

I found that my home was not as insured as I thought it was and if I bust the pipe I could lose thousand. That vampd us shopping around for something we can depend on. We are a retired couple with fixed income and could not afford out-of-pocket expenses for something that should be insured.

Mike is NEVER available and does not return any calls. They give quotes and then raise the price once you agree to pay the initial cost without talking to us first.

Had state farm for over 21 years. Moved to Missouri and switch to mike haight. I called the 1 800 number to ask questions and files were claimed without my knowledge. They falsified information saying an adjuster came out when they did not. I went in to the office and Mike Haight was not available and I talked with receptionist about the situation . Mike Haight decided to drop us from our homeowners based on the false claims and would not reconsider when we told them truth. Now we are screwed because of him . 21 years state farm customer flused down the drain. 8/25/2020

I have a very busy schedule which doesnt allow me much time to spend speaking with someone on the phone. Steve one of the representatives under Mike Haight was able to work with me and correspond almost completely through email.We also have an imported vehicle from Japan and was able to get much better coverage through them then anyone else.thank you for excellent customer service and patience.

State Farm is not the company they once were, they are more interested in doing things quick rather than standing behind their insured and doing things right, agents are a thing of the past, they collect their commission and when you have a problem you never hear from them, when I was at the office and let the staff member know I was dissatisfied the agent didn’t even come out to address the issue, sounded like he was busy selling life insurance on the phone. Pathetic. If I could give State Farm negative stars I would.

Cannot say enough about Mike Haight and his team. Our son hit a deer traveling out of state. State Farm claims was telling us it would be a minimum of 5 days before they could get an adjuster to look at it. The team at Mikes office called State Farm and got the adjuster there within hours of our call. Then Mike called State Farm and helped negotiate the claim on our behalf. Our family has been State Farm customers for 34 years --- there is a reason and this is the perfect example. Thank you!

Great insurance

Mike Haight of the Wentzville, Mo State Farm Office and his great office team helped us move our Home, Auto, Boat & Personal Liability policies to State Farm last year. It was a very easy process as well as they saved us a ton of money. His friendly team has then dealt with multiple car changes for our family, all very stress free for us and ensured we had our temp ID cards the day of the changes. It is a great office to work with and a team we definitely trust with our multiple coverages. You need to give them a try!

Mike Haight and his staff are one of the most friendly offices I have dealt with. They are located in Wentzville Missouri which is close to my home. I have several life policies with them.
