Horrible business go anywhere else. Staff very rude when answering questions. They also will tack on extra charges without approval and threaten your policy if you dont pay them the extra

Was not treated as if I had been a solid paying customer for two decades. I can get treated poorly by another insurance company and they can replace my steady payment with somebody else. Never again.

Jessica S. Has messed us up.. basically we were without insurance coverage for 5 full days on our autos and our home owners, and now our lenders are questioning us on this lapse of coverage... she does not LISTEN, thus causing this us now to possibly have to go thru the lenders insurance, which is very expensive, as most people know, accept Jessica S. She admitted to me that they listened to the call, and this was her fault...but Im screwed
