First time getting my hair done by someone that’s not my usual hairdresser and Nickie exceeded my expectations! My hair was long, brassy, and way overdue for a cut and color. After describing what I wanted and showing a few inspiration photos she was able to transform my hair to exactly what I envisioned. Not only did Nickie do a phenomenal job on my hair, she was very sweet, friendly, and attentive. I will definitely be returning when my hair is due for a touch up!!

My first ever massage! Emily is amazing! she made me feel incredibly comfortable and explained everything to me before getting started. Even just walking in to the salon I felt like a friend because everyone was so warm and welcoming! after checking in, I received a tour of the salon and then when I left I was thanked for coming in. Tonight I received a phone call and was once again thanked for my visit! I’ve never had that before! I was so impressed with every aspect of Ultimate Touch that I will absolutely be back to try more of their services!

Nickie is absolutely incredible with my 2 year old son. She is patient and takes her time to make him feel comfortable. His haircuts are always exactly what I want! She does my hair too and always does fantastic. Nickie and the Ultimate Touch team are all wonderful!

My stylist was Alexie, and usually when I go to a salon, I show pics and explain what I want and then they do whatever they want anyway. NOT this woman! She heard everything I said and did a perfect job. The eyelash extensions came out awesome as well. Try this place, you will love it

This place is amazing. My stylist, Alexie, was so nice and professional. I got a cut, color, and style and Im in love with how it turned out. If youre looking for someone who knows their fashion colors, this is the place. They also offer massage, mani & pedi, facials, and waxing.

I made the mistake of not pushing the final button on scheduling my appointment. I showed up for the time that I “scheduled” and we realized I made a mistake! The woman behind the desk did not make me feel guilty or as if I were a burden. She made me feel welcomed and made sure I got the service that I wanted done which I was completely understanding if they couldn’t do it. My hairdresser, jackeline (I probably spelt wrong) was friendly, informative, and gave great service! Since it was my first visit they gave me a tour and shared all of the services they offer! They do a little bit of everything!!! It’s been about 5-6 days after my haircut and I still LOVE it. I have fine, curly hair, that’s falling out like crazy and she was able to cut my hair without making it look uneven and a mess! I recommend this salon/spa! I’m so happy I found it and I wish I knew about it a lot sooner!

I have come into this salon about 3 or 4 times now and I will absolutely never go anywhere else. Theyre always so kind and nice and I know that when I go in, they wont ever mess up my hair. I am the type of person that always comes in with something different and funky and theyve been continuously accommodating and extremely thorough. Even having me come in for strand testing to make sure things would work out with my hair properly. My last visit was yesterday and Im beyond thrilled with what Heather did to my hair. I would recommend this salon to anyone.

Ive had the pleasure of Ultimate Touchs many services for over 25 years. I have never been disappointed. Lets start with the front desk, Star (and others) are so friendly. I smile every time Star offers to hang up our coats, She is best.I had a derma sound facial last Friday with Jaime. Talk about an educated, sweet, fun-loving girl who loves what she does. Each step of the derma sound sends me to a high pamper place in my mind. Jaimes attention to detail is beyond explanation. My skin looks so refreshed, bright and new when I leave. Jaime makes growing old more fun, and I have the skin to prove it.Thank you Ultimate Touch for providing us with an educated and high energy staff who love what they do. From beginning to end, lovely. If there were more than 5 stars, I would have chosen more. LOVE IT!

Today I went for my annual “birthday cut”. Lexie transformed my hair. I showed her a picture and she completely replicated it. I am so happy with the color and cut she did on me. She was so happy and professional the entire time!! I got a facial wax by Jamie and she rocked it ! Super thorough ! I HIGHLY recommend this salon!!!!

Ladies were great very friendly and welcoming and the salon was modern and clean. I understand that sometimes you can’t replicate an exact hair color when you show an image. I wanted a nice “vibrant” pastel pink rose gold color but I ended up with more of an ash blond color with a shine of a violet purple when I stand in the sun. In saying that the color I was left with is still pretty and suits me, it just wasn’t the color I asked for. The hair cut and styling was great :)

Went to this salon for a men’s cut and style. I was weary going to a salon but I’ll definitely be back now. The service was incredible from start to finish, from booking over the phone with short notice to getting the cut itself. Lots of options. I’m extremely satisfied with the cut/style I received and will definitely be back. 10/10 would recommend. Best place in Webster area.

Got a lash lift and it was amazing! Jamie did an amazing job with my lashes! The salon was very welcoming and clean, the whole staff was super nice! I enjoyed my time at the salon and will be definitely coming back! By far the best salon i have ever been too!!

Met and exceeded my expectations, I decided to return to a professional salon after many years of not having my hair cared for by anyone else but me (“I’m a beauty school drop out” but not without leArning a few tricks) ... anyway she listened attentively and followed my wishes! The salon was clean, aesthetically pleasing! I am returning next month! Women with long hair don’t be scared, you can communicate with these ladies and get what you want done without drama!

It is always a pleasure to be pampered at Ultimate Touch but even more so during this time of dealing with Covid19. I was 12 weeks out from my last haircut and the color was atrocious! But I felt perfectly safe at this salon as they practiced all cleaning and safely measures within view. They are being very conscientious about how many people are in the salon, signing in, keeping distance between patrons, wearing masks and in general following all safety guidelines. And none of this has taken away from the wonderful cut and color from Barb. She nailed it again! Thank you all for being a part of our community. Keep up the great work.

The staff was professional and inviting. They are computer efficient, so appointment reminders are sent, which is really helpful for me.The service at the salon was very good. I got a perm and a trim. My stylist was very knowledgeable about giving perms and did a good job. I later received a phone call to make sure I was still satisfied with my results.I purchased a product, gel hair spray, for $12.95, which I thought was reasonable.The only thing that I did not like was having to go back out, go to the bank, in order to tip my stylist as I was told I could not add it onto my bill. Since the salon is computer literate, I am sure they could adjust their software to recognize tips ; I am sure their practice of not adding a tip onto your bill is tax related.So just remember to bring cash for your stylist and the rest of your visit will be perfect!!I cant wait to try mani pedis, grab a facial, waxing and a nice massage. One stop shop for my Honey to buy me presents now!!

Visited Jamie for my wax session! Such a professional and polite lady! She made & always makes me feel very comfortable! The salon was clean and i was greeted with a smile when i arrived. I have been going to this salon for about a year and i will not go anywhere else!!!

They reuse the same stick in the wax. That’s disgusting because that wax legit goes on peoples private areas. Extremely uncleanly, violates ALL health violations!!
