Our Renewal by Anderson windows are everything we expected. They keep out the heat of summer and they are quieter than the windows we had before. The installers we had, Andy and Jeff were excellent. We had 11 windows installed, they were professional and answered any questions we had about our windows. The first install took three days and they worked hard and cleaned up after themselves each night. We ran into one problem though, two of our windows were made wrong, so we had another day of window installation to schedule at another time.We ran into some problems with the Customer Care Representatives. First, we scheduled our installation in early April and we took off of work to meet the installers to begin the process of replacing the windows. The night before the installation we still had not gotten a confirmation call. The next morning the installers never showed up and when my husband called we were never scheduled for the installation. Something happened and we were not put into their schedule system. Needless to say we weren’t happy as we had rearranged our work schedules to accommodate the installation. So back to step one of rescheduling the installation and rearranging our work schedules. The customer Care representative was sympathetic and offered to give us a gift certificate to our favorite restaurant for compensation. That was great but we felt it was not a justifiable compensation for all the hassle we went through especially taking time off work and we were still dealing with CoVid 19. We did end up getting money taken off our bill because of their mistake. We felt that was acceptable.The next problem was that two windows were made wrong by the factory and couldn’t be installed. So we had to wait six weeks for those windows to be made and then schedule another installation day for those windows to be installed. Which meant another work schedule rearrange for that installation. When we contacted the Customer Care Representative she was very short with us and didn’t want to acknowledge another mistake had been made by them. She was going to call us back with another compensation but she never followed through with her offer. My husband again called and left messages for a representative to call back but we never received a call. We were very disappointed with this aspect of our purchase of the windows.

Couldnt ask for a better installation crew! These guys really know their stuff! If you ask me, the installation crew, is the company! Do you need office personal,? Yes. Do you need salesman? Yes. However, these guys do all the work and usually get the least amount of pay. Not to mention, they risk their health to do so. Always tip your installation guys! I didnt have any issues with anyone during the process. Everyone was very helpful and friendly.

We debated about going with Anderson for our living room picture window as the cost was higher than others. However after listening to the sales rep and seeing samples we decided to go with Anderson. The installers were courteous, efficient and professional. We absolutely love the window. Should have done it sooner.

This Outfit Will Only Entertain Orders of 3 or More Windows. After using Anderson windows and doors for 2 large homes and even 2 additional commercial buildings...I thought I would use Anderson again for a large picture window that had failed. So I only needed that one window this time and as a great return Customer I was tersely told that 3 windows is the bare minimum no matter the size or previous business done with this company. They are too big to CARE ABOUT LOYALTY OR TRUE CUSTOMER SERVICE. OTHER COMPANIES WILL APPRECIATE YOUR BUSINESS.

We replaced all the windows in our house. The windows look great and I was impressed with the screens. I don’t know the material they are made out of but it was hard to tell they were in the window which gave a clearer view. The installers were prompt, professional and polite. Get more quotes! Havent even had my wondows installed yet and found out I could have gotten them at half the price. Google how much a standard replacement for a wood window and its $800-$1000 with installation and mine are not even wood. I got quoted at over $1800 per window not knowing a thing about windows. For 9 windows, thats a lot of $$$ and only 3 days to cancel.
