Horrible coordination! Stick to Carpet City if youre in this area. Scheduled carpet removal and installation with Home Depot two weeks in advance after having to the full amount upfront including having to pay a premium $70 to fit it their schedule because their schedule was full. Was told they would arrive between 8am-10am. Fast forward to the day of installation, past 10am, no one showed up, no phone call about cancellation or if there was any issues of the works. Decided to call them after 10:30am. A guy picked up and it sort of seemed like they forgot about the appointment and will send someone in asap... Two guys showed up around 1pm and said they had a car issue. Okay, apparently the person on the phone said nothing about that but oh well. You already had a two hour window to save yourself some time, yet you show up 3 hours late, plus no phone call to communicate any issues. This is unprofessional service! Never again.

Went here for carpet samples. Had zero knowledge about anything going on. Just chased butterflies while trying to solve our issue of finding out the sample process for the sample boards

We went through Home Depot to replace the counter top on our kitchen island, a simple rectangle. They made us pay right away, and then it took them three weeks to come and measure. After the measure, it took the company 2 weeks to get a simple drawing of rectangular island top to us. Then for installation, we were scheduled 3.5 weeks out! When we paid, we were given a timeline of 3-5 weeks..... In actual time it will be 8-9 weeks! Im sure glad we werent replacing a whole kitchen. Slowest service ever! The Home Depot needs to find more timely contractors, we will not be placing any more orders for our home here.

Home Depots free carpet removal and free installation is full of BS. Was told that they were going to come remove the carpets and install them on Monday. Workers came, started removing the top part of the carpet for not even thirty minutes and then left. Finally got a phone call an hour later and they basically said that they arent going to remove the carpets because it was stained and since they were removing it for free, they wont do it. If it was mention at the beginning when the purchase was being made, I could have gotten all the carpets out before they came. Now Im being told that they cant come do the installation until next Monday because they told me to remove everything before I call for a reschedule. Removed everything yesterday, called today and was told that they cant do it until Monday. Its a hazard for my dad to be walking around in the living room and going up and down the stairs with just the floor boards and nails/ staples sticking out because hes blind. Theres no where to sit cause I had to move all the furnitures out. If you are looking into Home Depot for their sweet deal of buying their carpets to get the free removal and installation, I suggest looking elsewhere.
