After countless years of starting and stopping the remodel of the basement bath I called Complete Service. Best decision made. They were very professional and timely. One week later a stunning bathroom for our guests. Thanks Berry and your super team. Cant wait for the next project.

So I can’t actually say rate the quality of work with this place because they never sent the bid as they said they would. I understand if the job wasn’t big enough to make a bottom line $$. All they would have had to say was, this job isn’t enough to pay our workers, done. Not only did they not send a bid like they said they would I had to text a reminder to them to even see if they looked at my the stuff I sent them, I guess that should have been my first warning.So I think they handled this very unprofessionally. I would not suggest them because of this, I basically would tell others to not bother or waste their time. Maybe you need more help I don’t know but it was a disappointing experience. Please take this review as a way to improve your business, get back to people even if you feel the job won’t make enough money for your business. At some point in time construction and home improvements will slow down and you’ll want or need every job you can get.

Our church had a relatively small job that needed to be done. Complete Service really came through with its service and quality of work. Beautiful drywall work. I would recommended them to anyone. We were very pleased with the work Complete Service performed this past fall painting out home. It was a pleasant experience with good communication from them all the way down to choosing the color. The work was done quickly and we have no complaints. We would recommend and hire them again!

Russell and his team are excellent. Focused on what we wanted done and offered high quality workmanship at competitive prices. Russ communicated with us regularly to ensure we were satisfied with the progress and the quality.John painted all of the woodwork / doors in our home ( was previously stained ) and did an outstanding job. Will definitely use them for our next improvements.

We had a closet completely gutted and re-done to be a walk-in. The crew was very professional and did everything quickly and very professionally. We loved the final results! They were even good enough to humor our pooch while they worked! We are fully intending to use them for future projects and would recommend them to any one!

I was very impressed with how responsive and helpful they were. I reached out to have a deck installed. They responded with a reasonable price for the high-end materials we were going to use. In the end, I actually ended up not going with them because we decided to go with a stamped concrete patio instead. However, once I mentioned that I might do that, the contractor gave me really helpful advice and made some recommendations regarding what type of places I should call for the job. Im not sure Ive ever had someone do that before. I see the other positive reviews and even though I ended up doing a different project, Id happily come back to them if I needed any of their services. Highly recommend.

I wish it was possible to give a negative star rating. I have NEVER in my life dealt with people who were so inconsistent and unprofessional. For months I was told well be there tomorrow and come the next day, no one would show or even call. I took off of work several different times to work around the times they needed in my house, and still....NO SHOW. I was working with the city for my repairs and after I took my concerns to them, they had the audacity to say that they hadnt finished the work because I wasnt allowing them to come and do so. I had a broken window, aside from my roof to be repaired....was told it was ordered and would be done within a few days. Two months went by, week after week of no one coming, and no one calling- that I reached out and asked when it would be done. Always a different excuse. Then the OWNER literally just stopped responding completely, and I never did get my window replaced. Ive never seen such disrespect from people I pay to do a job.

I recently had significant exterior and interior painting done and was very fortunate to have chosen Complete Service after meeting with several contractors. John, as well as his entire crew were friendly, responsive and clearly took pride in their work. Job well done !!!!!

Had our bathroom remodeled by these guys. Should be a negative 5 rating. 1 they said a week and it took 2 months, 2. They used gasline parts for plumbing which rusted out and used pyrex tubing in the shower which caused a permanent overflow through showerhead. He told me it was because it was a Delta faucet cost me more to have a plumber fix, 3. The window they installed is leaking through the top which has ruined the frame which they also decided not to paint. I see caulking on 3 sides of the frame but not the top, 4. The door rubs on the floor after they installed vinyl plank but didnt create clearance for the door, 5. When they opened up the wall behind sink to install dual sinks they didnt finish it. I open the cabinet door and i see a ripped open hold in the wall. Didnt even bother to cut a square hole. 6. And finally a month before they finished and 3 weeks after they said it would be done they harassed me for final payment. I knew that if I paid them they wouldnt come back. My advice to everyone is DO NOT USE THEM. You will be disappointed. Still havent fixed anything. They said the would but forget about it. They got paid. Never use these people.

They received 4 stars due to the fact that I received estimates from them, but have not had work completed by them. All I have had to judge them on is based on that; if I decide to go forward with them then I would revise my score.

Cant give 0 stars. Been dealing with these guys for 6 months. Still aint done. Every excuse in the book. All these 5 star reviews must be old when they were trying to get there name out there. I had to get my lawyer involved now cause Im afraid they are going to do a bad job now that Im writing this review. My whole back yard has cig butts and garbage all over. Not to mention all the screws that are frozen in my lawn. Never once offered a discount or compensation of any kind for their lack of effort. Communication couldnt be worse. My bud had them do a church painting project for him and he had the same issue. Lazy group of guys. They LIE all the time. Now it wont be done until spring when I clearly told them I needed it done before snow flies. Only thing they did fast was cash the check!! Kinda my fault for paying in full right away. My bad. Could go on with this review but it aint worth my time.

Last fall, my wife and I took the plunge into a major kitchen remodel. Reaching out to several local contractors for bids, suggestions and experience, we chose Complete Services. Their approach to our project was unique - refreshing actually: Russ administers contact, bids, billing and scheduling; Mike handles plumbing, mechanical and construction; and John is in charge of all finish work. Wow, a team of specialists that not only knows what theyre doing, but actually returns calls promptly, and provides both recommendations and cost right up front!Besides providing schedules and estimates, they were just as adept at their work: demolition/clean up, new walls, painting and finish trim, including suggesting and carrying out faux painting on older window/door trim to match our new cabinets. They coordinated smoothly with our other contractors and installed new appliances cleanly and effectively. As all remodels go, the project morphed here and there; they adapted without screaming overcharges and we ended up with the beautiful kitchen we had envisioned.A bathroom remodel is next, and we look forward to working with Russ, Mike and John ... and their many talented employees ... this coming spring!Dawn & Len Thorwaldson

Russ and his team did a great job. After a great whole house window install we asked him to redo a bathroom and paint. The bathroom remodel and painting turned out great. I would definitely recommend Complete Service.

I was looking for a quick turn on entire interior painting for a home just purchased in Wausau. Russ Kroeplin met me for a quote on a Saturday as I was coming from Minneapolis. That was exceptional from my perspective and exceeded my expectations as did the painting that John completed within 4 days!! This was not a small job as all the closets were also painted. I cannot say enough great things about the personal and professional manner Russ and John showed me. I made the right decision to use Complete Service.
