I had an accident early morning 4th of july. I was 219 miles from home with no way of getting back. I was pretty much screwed and freaking out. The owner went way way above and beyond for me. He actually got me a FREE ride home. Now that is customer service like no other!! If anyone ever needs a tow, these are the people to count on

Our sail boat trailer shredded its bearing and the brake drum broke. We were stuck on the side of 81 and they came right out and towed us to their yard boat and all and let us stay there until we could get repairs. They knew what they were doing and took very good care of our boat and trailer

These guys are the best. Towed our semi and trailer to their shop. Let us use the facilities all night. Kind courteous, very efficient. Helped us get a repair place which was also very reasonable. Great work great people. Would recommend them at all levels.

Family owned business that should be the envy for anyone else trying to attempt the same service. Professional, prompt, and the real deal. They do a lot of hard work that most people couldnt do. Do not call anyone else or else youll be short changing yourself.

Terrible customer service. Called to get an estimate on a tow of a classic car I’m looking into buying over the weekend. The guy I talked to was apparently a driver running the office. When asked about prices for the tow, there was magically nobody there to give me a number? He then told me that drivers only receive calls then go back to sleep, which isn’t at all what I even called about to begin with. Do your drivers not know your rates? I feel like if you work for a company, you should at least know the average cost of a tow from one town to the next.

These men came out took me and our tractor and trailer gave us their pickup to go meet the person taking our load. We ate dinner at the local diner. They said dont worry everything will be ok. We are here to help. I feel safe. Would recommend these guys for any tiw you need
