Called the shop greeted by a nice service writer. Was transferred to one person sho transferred me to Andy and asked a simple question if he had a part I needed. Apparently he was having a bad day because when I went to get a notebook to write down a part number I asked if he was ready and he cussed at me.

I am from out of town and I broke down about 10 miles outside of Watertown and the weather was bitterly cold. And he was there within 15 minutes even though the shop would soon be closing in since I had passengers KAREN also came along to give us a ride back into town. We had great service and Andy worked late to get us back on the road that night. Great service! Reasonably priced. I highly recommend Andys!

Called for service and 6 hr wait. Instead Andy came right out and within two hours I was on the road again at minimal cost to me. Staff was very helpful and friendly.

Ive had many interactions with this shop going back 20 years, or so, Ive never been disappointed.

Experienced late night speedy towing & had my car drivable by 9:00am the next morning. I had my drivers front tire fall off.

1 day before Christmas and a long trip up North and they squeeze me in to check my car out. A quick scan and clearance of code and Im sent on my way with a Merry Christmas and the assurance that it is gtg. They were very busy but still made time. It is nice to know that the customer still comes first in some places. I will definitely use them in the future.

We were trying to get you the part number but you seemed to be in a hurry and hung up. We strive to give our customers the best service and prices possible. I have had nothing but bad service from andy auto. Get something fixed and pay for it only to have something else wrong that didnt need fixing. Will never bring my cars there again.

The people in here were so incredibly rude. I had my car towed to the shop and never recieved any type of notice about it. Called multiple times just to find out the price for the tow and all i got was an extremely rude woman yelling at me that they dont know because theyve been so busy. Will not he returning here. Mels in watertown is 1000x better.

My water pump went out on rt.26 Andy towed us to a hotel and worked on the truck 1st think in the morning. I was 86 miles from home. Him and his employees are great people . Thanks again Andy

The place is a scam. I took my car in because I had an engine light on and erratic idling . They couldnt fix any of the problems but they did manage to extort $60 cash from me and then voided out the $120 bogus invoice before handing my keys over. My car runs worse than when I took it in and Im out 60 bucks. Save yourself the trouble and take your car to a professional. Heres a few you can TRUST. Citgo on 3rd (920) 262-0230) Mels on water st. Paid too much had to put over 1000.00 in just to fix half problems there was more wrong with the car then they let on. Never going here ever again!
