Went here on a fishing trip but our trip got canceled early due to truck troubles. Insurance sent B & D Towing to help us & these guys were awesome. Straight to the point & even helped us find a reputable repair shop afterwards. The guy who helped us went by Spooky & he was very professional. They even found a safe place for our boat & we were able to secure transportation to our hotel. If youre in the area & need assistance definitely hit these guys up or request their services. My auto insurance company connected me with BND to have my car towed from out in the middle of nowhere. Brady was wonderful and communicated every step of the way. Awesome roadside assistance! NO BODY wanted to help me because I have a BMW! I was only 10 miles out of Brookings and all the towing services in Brookings wouldnt help me with my flat tire. I call B N D and he was here in 30 minutes and fixed me up with in minutes. Very helpful, very fast and had great customer service!! Im so thankful for them!

My car stopped working and I called B N D Towing in Watertown. Brady was professional and he made it a priority even on the weekend and dropped everything just to tow my car back to Watertown. The price was reasonable if you pay cash upfront. He didnt charge me alot like these other towing companies in Watertown. Highly recommend this towing company! He showed up very promptly, even with it being almost 1 am, and was very friendly. His prices are very reasonable even for late night calls. I was very thankful for his hard work and friendliness!

I had an overall good experience. Having Google or Apple pay wouldve made things easier. At the time I needed assistance I didnt have my wallet on me or cash, I wasnt exactly planning on getting stuck. Driver was a bit irritated and slightly rude at the news of my situation but I was able to drop payment off at the office. Im overall satisfied and thankful.

Great service!! My vehicle got locked running with heat on with my young child inside. Still unsure how it locked me out. They came quickly and unlocked my vehicle free of charge since my child was in the vehicle!!!

They unlocked my car for FREE!!!! My cat locked himself in my truck, they came right away and told me that they unlock vehicles for free if an animal or child is traped inside. I was very thankful that I called around and found these guys!

He was fast, and very helpful. We hit a deer on i29 just north of Brooing. He told us to jump in the truck to stay warm. The price was fair, and hes a true 24 hour wrecker. I called one place, and I called the number. The guy told me hes been working all night he needs to nap, and it would take a few hours. IM GLAD I GOT AHOLD OF B-N-D services

Ok so I was stuck in the middle of no where chirs and his wife came to tow me to there shop and chirs fixed what he could under the hood of my jeep so he saved me a lot of money buy not towing it back to where I lived so yes awsome company and people too...

Made a big deal out of needing fuel and acted like he didn’t want to help after finding out my friend was not from the states originally. Made racist comments and called me to chew me out when my friend got help from someone else first. Absolutely unprofessional.

Ok, Ive got a POS car, so Ive used this company 2 or 3 times. If you want a tow from a driver whos honest, punctual, and even pretty damned hilarious, Brady (gonna be so embarrassed if I got his name wrong) from B-N-D is the guy to call. I was stuck out and a good bit short on money and he still came to get me, just because he didnt want to leave me stuck. Where else do you find customer service like that? And to top it off, hes just cool to talk to. Dont ever use a different wrecker service because this guy is top-notch. Tell him Jeremy the fat hippie guy recommended him.
