I chose Watertown Towing because they had the highest Google rating in the area and my plan worked. Mike was extremely professional and knowledgeable. Very reasonable price and I got the feeling this was a company run by very honest people. I hope you dont need their services, but if you do, Watertown Towing has you covered.

Watertown towing was fantastic! We had to move two vehicles in a rush, as we had a plan to bring the vehicles to a family home, and that plan fell through. We needed to bring the vehicles to a storage facility in a rush. Watertown towing was prompt and the drivers were kind. The drivers treated our older cars with respect even though the cars are a bit beat up. The owner, George, adjusted our bill, to an incredibly reasonable rate after the tow, because both cars came from and went to the same location (and he realized the same truck could have been used for both cars). Georges honesty and kindness, along with the great service of the drivers, made a very stressful moment a painless experience. We are so grateful for their help and would recommend Watertown to everyone we know!

Horrible has employees high and drunk on the job and are okay with that when they are fixing cars or even changing a tire how is that safe in any type of way SMH horrible company!!!

Watertown towing rescued me and my 90 year old parents in the middle of a snow storm after five other tow companies said no a flat tire with your circumstances will be impossible. They are above and beyond. We would probably be there until spring if it werent for them. Big thanks. Awesome help.

Amazing customer service, incredibly quick diagnostic/repair of issue. Armando really took care of meI woke up to a mouse caught in the serpentine belt of my vehicle, causing it to come off its track. I called AAA for a tow, and they suggested Watertown Towing Auto Repair since it was the same company. After calling the dealership and being told itd never be finished before the weekend, I went with Watertown Towing to fix the issue. They had the car repaired and road ready in roughly an hour. One of the best experiences Ive had with auto repair. Armando is amazing.

Watertown Towing goes above and beyond for their customers! Last weekend, I got a flat tire in Porter Square. AAA connected me with Watertown Towing. The tow truck driver was helpful and understanding. Even though they had closed for the night, the shops mechanic stayed late to patch my tire, so I could get home. A+ business!

This company was called through AAA and the gentleman that came to jump my car was informative and kind. His name was Adalberto and he saved me not once but twice. He told me about my battery power, was not condescending and said after the first time to call him anytime before his shift ended (which I ended up needing to!) He was efficient, courteous and a delight—thank you Adalberto!

Ran out of the battery juice - could not start the car. Calling and claiming the problem with AAA took as much time as for the Mark Thibadeau from Watertown Towing to show up. Nicest people I know driver walter was extremely nice my tow was 2 miles over my 3 free and insisted that he was going to pay for it cause i was going threw some hard times at the time to nice of a person they must be glad to have him you dont find many people like him

Last night James came and tried to get a spark thru my dead starter. Tried hard but it was dead. AAA was texting me that they were still trying to get someone to accept my long tow, 150 miles to Saratoga NY area. James said he would do it.I was agitated and annoyed with my situation but James was polite and professional and I felt better each hour until we arrived. The car arrived intact (excepting the starter) and I was in my home.I felt lucky that Watertown Towing had accepted my AAA call.

Have needed services twice and both times experienced prompt and professional assistance.
