Ive used Rays in the past many many times, but since Paul has left this place has gone downhill. I recently made a appointment 5 days prior for an NYS inspection. Got there 10 mins early and was told it was gonna be another 2 hours before I could get my truck in. Whats the purpose of an appointment? The poor management skills made them loose not only myself as a customer but my family as well.

Great place to have work done on your car. I have 4 vehicles and Im having them all be taken there for all the work thay need.

Great Customer Service with a friendly environment when you walk in. Awesome rates they are the cheapest place I have found for labor rates around the city. I would recommend Rays Service Center to everyone.

Do not take your vehicle there. Messed up our vehicle twice. Thought they would fix their bad work, but charged us to do it...and second time was wrong again. Denied messing it up, claimed we did, they were the only ones doing the work. Owner was rude, thought he knew everything. Staff was nicer than owner in their defense. Would not recommend. We used them in the past without issue, but awful the last two times. Frustrated and disappointed with it.

Provided quick response with towing and service. They did a great job identifying the problem and correcting it quickly. They gave me reasonable pricing and then came in 1/5th UNDER the price they originally estimated. I will use them again for future repairs.

A lot of reviews on the web are not accurate. I have no dog in the hunt. Went there for brake work and got in fairly quickly. Price was reasonable and service was friendly. Many repair shops in area frankly are nothing to crow about and will try to sandbag you..........didnt happen here. He fixed what I asked and probably did more than others would. I can recommend this place. Had the service and price been bad - I would tell you so.

Horrible company dont ever go there because when they make a mistake and hit your vehicle during the tow they deny doing the damage. Who destoys someones car and then wont pay or give the proper info so the insurance can pay so disappointed

My husband took my car there to get inspected on a Tuesday a few weks ago after I heard a radio ad about 10 dollar Tuesdays. He was charged 21 and when I called the girl very rudely told me that it was for May. Today is June 21 and I still hear the ad. Bad business, false advertising. Wont go there again or recommend them to anyone

Amazing mechanic Jeff, went out of his way to help correctly diagnose an evap problem CEL that was preventing me from passing NYS inspection. It had already cost me over $500 at another shop (with no fix, and only a week till inspection due) He had it fixed and inspected the same day for less that 1/4 of what I had already spent! Very honest, and knowledgeable! I will be using this shop from now on! I highly recommend this shop!

I gotta say this was one of the greatest experiences iv ever had at a towing company they worked with me to help me get my car back if it wasnt for that i wouldnt have my car i wanna especially thanks jeff for doing this i came im there and they made me feel like family so kind compassionate if i could give 10 stars i would thank u guys so much i cant thank yall enough honestly :) :) if anyone has issues go to rays !!!!

Had a buddy get my truck towed and then lost the key to it.They were gracious enuff to let me keep my truck there till I sent them a new key from Calgary Alberta Canada!Im grateful that they allowed me to do this since border crossing is a pain in the duff ever since Covid!!
