Seriously I have been coming here for 5 years now and this Hyundai dealership is the best. Great cars here, great people here. Dont get me wrong, its a car dealership and youll need to have time to make a great deal, but a great deal will be made. You will not find better standard features than on a Hyundai.

I had the pleasure to speak to a sales lady and she was informative for future purchases. The Service department was quick to find the noise I could not find. Rude salesperson tried to have my husband run a credit check just to test drive a vehicle. Tried twice to say we’d like to test drive before we started the credit check and financing discussion in case we didn’t want that vehicle. The salesperson just tried to pressure us again and then basically said no not without the check.My husband and I have never been asked to check our credit before agreeing to purchase or test drive a car and we were really turned off so we walked out. We’d never buy a car from someone who starts off the interaction so negatively and pushy.And the owner is going to comment on this review that he’s concerned about our experience and he’d love to talk to me about it.That’s a lie. I called after we walked out to leave a complaint about our experience and the manager of the dealership condescendingly asked “ma’am, have you ever bought a vehicle before?”😒 I have. More than once. And never had a credit check before a test drive. He sounded annoyed and as though he wanted to push me off the phone - not discuss our experience to improve their service.He did ask if we’d still like to test drive the vehicle now and I said no. We’ll drive an hour away before we give this shady dealership our business.Go anywhere else to buy a car. Don’t trust them.

We spoke about my vehicle interest and my prior dealings with another representative who he then went and sent to see me. Shortly thereafter I was test driving several of my chosen vehicles. My 2021 Forrester was my third purchase from Fuccillo Imports and each time they have been nice, helpful, and what I consider to be a low pressure sale. Andrew was very knowledgeable and quite honestly impressed me when I stated I was looking for a vehicle for someone with impaired mobility and he knew the door dimensions and degrees the door opens and how it stacked up against other vehicles for what I was looking for. I did test drive other vehicles at other dealerships locally and the sales staff at those other dealerships were high pressure, a little rude, and made me appreciate the way Fuccillo Imports does business even more.

2019 Subaru crosstrekI had to have my 2015 Hyundai towed up there because of a possible blown engine. This car sat at another dealership for over a week never being looked at and me borrowing other peoples cars to get to work. Fuccillo Imports put me in a loaner and kept in touch with me about my car. It ended up being a blown engine, even though it was under warranty I didnt want to fight to get it replaced. I decided it was time to let my Hyundai go, it broke my heart cause I loved that car. But my WONDERFUL salesman RANDY HEMINGWAY and his manager KEVIN helped me get out from under my Hyundai and into the car I wanted a 2019 Subaru Crosstrek. It was quick and easy, car was ready when I arrived, paper work ready to sign. In and out in maybe half hour. I would of loved to have met Kevin to thank him as well but he was busy when I left. I bought a Subaru WRX from these guys back in January. Its been a great car but it had some vibration at the gear stick in 3rd and 4th gear (manual). It was covered under a tech bulletin by Subaru. They confirmed the issue, ordered parts, and booked my car without hesitation. The work was incredibly extensive, they had to tear the gearbox down to get to the problem. I admire their dedication and professionalism and my car will continue to be a solid, reliable, valuable car. I wont bad mouth Subaru for something they owned up to and this dealership owned it as well.

I used to say I would pay more money to buy a car from anybody but that obnoxious Billy HUGE but I must say it was a very positive experience from start to finish. When we shopped the Fuccillo price around Syracuse one dealer told us you better make sure thats the car youre getting because I dont know how they can sell it for that price it was the car and the price, very happy with the deal and the car.

Ed got me in the door a few months ago, and Nick finished the deal recently. I came in knowing what I wanted, and Nick and Kevin made the deal happen, ensuring that I was satisfied throughout the process. I left Fuccillo feeling very comfortable with the details of the transaction. I dont feel like the associates were ever trying to pull one over on me. They were honest the entire time and worked with me to reach an agreement. I appreciate all of the time the associates took to ensure I was getting what I wanted, and ensuring that I knew how to operate all of the features of the vehicle once it arrived. I do a lot of research prior to buying a vehicle, and for once it felt like the sales associates all knew their vehicles as well or better than I did, which I have not experienced with other dealerships during past purchases. I had such a great experience at this dealership! Staff is so helpful and friendly. They explained everything in great detail prior to beginning any work. I went in for an oil change and tire rotation and come to find out the wheel lock had been misplaced. They offered to cut the lock off but I wanted to do a little research before pulling the trigger. I called around and everyone quoted me around $200. I ended up getting it done at Fuccillo for $79!! Also, the new location is such a great upgrade. Ive been recommending them to everyone now.

Service department is not forthcoming with details or even contacting you about your vehicle. Previous service writer ghosted me for 2 months, new manager was completely unaware of what had been done or where the case stood.The lack of repairs to the vehicle is on Corporate, but the complete breakdown of communication is completely on this dealership. It would be nice to know that they are done looking at the vehicle and you can come pick up the car without calling first.

So far so good. Updates to follow..so I took my 2016 STi in because my power steering was leaking. They looked at it and said I had a bad steering rack and that the needed to order a new one. The part would be in Tuesday and then gave me a loaner car. Again so far so goodUPDATE: Sorry for a late update. It only took the service dept 4 days to receive and install the part. Very fast service and friendly service group. Very pleased with the level of service I got.

Have ordered several after market parts through their parts department and had them installed without a problem. Also had winter tires installed which were ordered from a non-affiliated website and there were no issues. I will continue to have my vehicle serviced here as long as I am in the area.

I had a gas tank shield replaced a few months ago. A short time later my check engine light came on. The service department here ran a diagnostic, told me the gas tank cap was loose (according to the code#, but Id checked that before taking it to the dealer-it wasnt loose!) They charged me $$ & reset the check engine light. A couple of weeks later check engine light came on again. They kept my car for almost 2 weeks, called me to tell me they had to tear up part of the floor, take out one of the seats and then told me they had to replace the gas tank, fuel pump and the fuel line. They never offered me a loaner vehicle. The car had a full gas tank when I took it in. I had told them on the phone before picking the car up I would like to look at the gas tank and the defective parts. When I picked the car up they never showed me any defective parts, didnt go over why the repairs were needed, and it only had enough gas in it to go 16 miles, and they charged me almost $1500! Driving down the road a few days later, the check engine light came on again. This time I requested a loaner vehicle which they did provide. It turns out the mechanic who did this extensive repair had left a clamp on the fuel line loose. I told them how extremely disappointed I was with their service, that they never showed me the defective parts, and when my vehicle had a full tank of gas and its second trip in, when it was returned to me was almost empty. When I picked the car up for my 4th time it did have a full tank of gas in it, and they showed me a gas tank that was corroded ( I have no idea if it was mine or not.) Weve purchased 4 vehicles at the dealership, but I will probably never use the service department again, and remain deeply disappointed with the service here. We did contact Mazda USA corporate offices, and they send a check that covered about 6% of the repairs so at least they know how to do customer service!

My experience with the dealership started when I spoke with a salesman on the phone expressing my desire to order a car to my specifications that day. Although he said I would hear back from him in a few hours, I never heard from him again. Next, I called the dealership again and spoke with the sales manager who apologized for having been ignored and said he would call me back within an hour to complete a deal. This time the sales manager failed to return my call until the next day, at which time he pawned me off to another salesman. This salesman was either grossly uninformed or was lying to me about certain aspects of pricing, yet we were still able to come to an agreement on the price of the vehicle. He said that he needed to get final approval from the general manager and would call the next morning to complete the order. Unbelievably I never heard back from him. The level of unprofessionalism that I experienced was simply amazing. Needless to say I went elsewhere to make my purchase. I was able to call another dealer, come to a deal (at a better price), and complete the order in less than 45 minutes. I recognize that my situation required for me to deal with the dealer over the phone, which may have complicated things for this dealer, but my experience was poor enough that I would never recommend for anyone to deal with them in the future.

Great Sales Staff! Just picked up my 2016 Mazda CX-5 this Sunday, from the Finance office to the GM Kevin everyone took great care of me. Definitely worth the drive from Syracuse, will make the trip again for my next Mazda!

Service department is very lacking in customer service skills. Would not return calls or answer questions directly. They were always rude and condecending on the phone. They always sounded like they had something better to do than to help their customers. My 2017 elantra was in their shop for 3 months and I was told my rental would be taken care of since it was warranty work. After 2 1/2 months into repairs and Fuccillo decides they arent actually going to cover the rental like they said. Im glad I didnt purchase my vehicle from them like I was planning and bought it from a different dealership. I had to contact Hyundai HR and the dealership I purchased the vehicle from to get updates and stay in the loop with what was happening with my car. The sales men are pushy and always tried to show me vehicles when I came in for updates on my vehicle in their own shop. The only helpful person in the service dept was the manager Scott, who I had to ask for to get any information whenever I called. I will only service my vehicle with Fuccillo again if out of absolute necessity.

Lied multiple times. I walked in with pre-approved credit from a bank they work with. They told me they werent sure how to use it, so without my permission, instead of just contacting only that bank, they shopped my credit around to 3 other places, lowering my credit score by 4 points by the end if the day. They then offered me a deal from my original bank at a very high payment, so I called them, only to discover that the rate was supposed to be 5% lower and the payment significantly lower. The only reason I gave 2 stars instead of 1 is because I did buy another vehicle from this dealership that deserved a 3 star rating.

Worst dealership Ive ever dealt with. They refused to even show me the vehicle, that I drove over an hour to see, I was interested in without sitting down and crunching numbers. I understand not wanting to have people just jump in vehicles and joy ride but there is no way theyake every person fill out a credit application before test driving, I have never had a dealership do this until Fuccillo Imports. They were rude and very short. Its no wonder my family stopped giving them their business.

Extremely rude and unprofessional sales associates and general manager. Said they would match any deal we were offered elsewhere. We gave them the numbers we had from other dealerships and were told we were liars. Very unprofessional. Will never shop here or any fuccillo again

Bought a great used Subaru here. Very pleased with the Subaru brand. Its sometimes difficult to get in for service and service tends to be expensive. I would buy another Subaru.
