I have had horrible experiences with past nail salons. Such as them cutting my cuticles and making me bleed or just being super rude. But this has got to be my favorite place so far. Not only did they do exactly what I wanted but the quality is amazing. Usually when I have on acrylics they last about a week then fall off. But these have stayed intact for 3 weeks now!!!! I work for a place that requires lots of lifting and I don’t even have to worry about one snapping off. Highly recommend them they are super polite and make you feel so welcomed. Definitely worth it.

I’ve been going to LA nails for about a year now. They always work with me on getting me in for an appointment the same day. I’ve had a few different nail techs and everyone is super friendly and gives me exactly what I ask for. I highly recommend them for fast, affordable and trendy nails!!

Got the pink and white nails and a pedicure, love them both 😍 only 4 stars because it took quite awhile to get going and I wasnt offered anything to drink, but once I was served it was quick and lovely.

Was not happy with my nails she hurry and was very pleasant. Didnt have me wash my hands nail felt griddle. Was not happy. Might try them one more time and look for some other place

Ive never written a review but this place messed up my nails so badly I just have to.I showed the guy a picture i wanted for my nails and the design came out really poorly. The length and shape are bad and the man who did my nails messed up my cuticals. Even made me finger bleed because of how bad they were done. I called for a refund and was polite about it, they asked me to come in and I did. The owner looked at my nails as I explained I didn’t like the shape or length and just wasn’t happy with them, mentioned something about the nail tech who did them, and only offered a $20 refund. The nails cost $53. Not wanting to argue or cause a scene I took the $20 and left. Im really disappointed my nails came out so bad and won’t be returning. I really don’t recommend this place if you want your nails done. Save your money and go somewhere cheaper, I expected a lot better than what I got for $53

They do gel nails well, but do NOT get ur eyebrows waxed here. I had nice full eyebrows and all I wanted was some stray hair clean up and they lady waxed them clean off.

Love love love! One of their staff was my nail tech and shes amazing! Very detail oriented and into all the latest trends. The owner was a sweetheart and got me in last min which I highly appreciate! Thanks guys for taking care of me. Found a new spot I will be coming to frequently and its close to home as well as reasonably priced. Super clean, friendly, elegantly decorated, and professional.

Not that great of an experience... Took my sister and me three hours to get Manis and pedis!!!

I used this place for the 1st time and the last time on the 15th. I asked for almond shape and he did round, he was very aggressive with my fingers, used the ring on my thumb to hold my thumb(digging it into my thumb), left nail polish all over my fingers, I had to remove dried acrylic from my fingers, cut the nails shorter than I asked so my nails looked even worse. I left a tip only because I was raised to be appreciative of other peoples time, it wasnt because I was satisfied with the work done. I will be going back to Top Nails & Spa to be having them removed and done right.

Pedicure was the bomb, the guy took his time and made sure I liked the way the polished looked as well as checking to make the massage with the rocks felt that the rocks wasnt to hot! Now my nails is a totally a different story, the young lady act as if she was in a hurry! She didnt give me a manicure like she was suppose to just glued the nails on an painted them, she did ask if I liked the length and thats it! You live by experiences, she will not get me in her chair the next time thats for sure!

The nail techs are hilarious! The guys like to have a lot of fun with the clients and they do a great job. The place is clean and the atmosphere is nice. I love the lighting in the ceiling. They have an assortment of drinks there as well thats included in your nail job. Yes, Ill take a glass of wine and relax any time.

The lady asked me did I want shellac seven times and I repeatedly told her no. Then once I told her no for the last time she got an attitude. She didn’t give me the full manicure service that I asked for just because I did not want to get shellac. She also did not cut my cuticles. I will not be coming back again

I was at your location last Saturday and I was very disappointed. I brought my daughter with and she is 5. I simply asked if we could sit side by side and the lady said you sit here she sits here...I said well id prefer we sit together shes five..her first time coming here and it was busy. The lady took care of it great everyone was very nice after I asked EXCEPT the lady that did my nails. VERY VERY RUDE. Threw her case down of instruments and I simply asked how long the dip nails will last NO answer. I still tipped her because Im a good person but I was so UPSET when I left of how RUDE she was. EVERYONE else was GREAT! per usual when I have been there. MY daughters lady was SO nice! Thank you! I will be back but I WILL not see her! VERY RUDE!

I was referred here by a co-worker and I absolutely loved the energy and friendliness of the shop. I had an appointment and was taking in on time. Every experience I’ve had here has gotten worse and worse. The nail tech I had was not versed in coffin nails. When she started and asked me how it looked I told her they were crooked and she literally filed it two times and kept going. One it hurt and I feel like she knew she messed up because it took her 25 minutes to shape after acrylic was applied. The shaping hurt and she was very tough. When I first started I told them I wanted a shellac overlay band after I paid she started to apply regular nail polish and at that point I was really over it. I told them to just do it I paid them and before my nails could dry I left. My nails are crooked and the shape is inconsistent. The manager also did not try and compensate for the error. She just argued with the other tech.. the last picture is what I showed them. I left before they were dry so the nail polish isn’t their fault I was over it

Lisa is the best! Super patient and efficient, and is an angel for putting up with my constant indecision. My nails always last 4 weeks or more when she does them! Worth every single penny.

This used to be a very nice place. Although its been some time since Id been here, I always enjoyed it. Its not what it once was. Its been let-go ...The equipment hasnt been maintained properly and the entire establishment is in need of a good cleaning. Piles of used pedicure slippers, etc. littered the floor around the nail-drying areas and its surfaces were dirty. The manixure stations were cluttered. Display cases were stacked with papers and other odds-n-ends. Even the waiting room chairs & carpeting were in need of cleaning.We had to ask for a list of services and prices because there wasnt one posted. And then we had to ask what each service included. The polish color selection is maybe half what it was just a couple years ago and many of the bottles were duplicates. They used to ask if youd like something to drink. Nobody asked us, in fact we had to ask if we could get something. The service just wasnt there.The staff presented a low-morale, lack of confidence, and desire to make us, as customers, feel comfortable. Just going through the motions, doing the job.All these things reflect in the loss of the professional, quality, spa experience I once loved about this place. I was disappointed.

Good experience. Plenty of room for big parties which is very nice! We enjoyed our entire party of 8 being able to stay together for the pedicures and manicures. Enough staff to have everyone done at the same time! Clean and efficient.

Johnny is the guy! I always love his work and he makes the experience fun! Never have any complaints at all with anyone either, they all do fantastic work!!

Phung did my nails and was so nice. She did a great job and took good care of me. Im so happy to have enjoyed a good experience, as this was for my wedding pedicure. I have gone once before and did not have a good experience so unfortunately its not consistent between nail technicians but Ill be asking for her in the future!

As a Mothers Day gift my daughter and two granddaughters got me a pedicure, first one ever and Im not young, but it wont be the last one. I loved it and am looking forward to the next relaxing one already! It was a very busy place! 👣👍👣👍

I brought my two 5 year old girls here and myself for a pedicure. The twins wanted a (polish) pedicure and manicure. ($10 for toes, $5 for hands) I found a green polish I wanted for my pedicure ($24) and the (I assume) manager kept pushing Shellac polish on me. Coming from California, where everything is overpriced to begin with, I obliged. I didnt think it would cost THAT much. I was never asked what pedicure I wanted. Long version short: without questions, communicating, and etc... I ended up paying $42 for my shellac pedicure (CA cost me $30) and $25 per child for PAINTED (not gel) polished nails. My card was swiped and my receipt brought to me for a total of $98.44. Absolutely disgusting. The girls and I would get the same thing done monthly at home for $63.

Best nail spa Ive been to. Very nice people. Had a pedicure and so comforting. Never had anyone else use a hot rock but them it was awesome! Took their time ...didnt feel like they were pushing you out the door.

My wife stop by here today to get her nails done like she always does when she gets paid and left after 5 mins of being there. She was told that they wont do them the way my wife wanted and when she asked why one of the workers just started talking in Chinese about her to a co worker looked at my wife and started laughing thats how they treat their customers. DO NOT GO HERE STAY AWAY.

My nail technician was Kayla. Shes very nice and she took her time and my nails look great. The hostess is really helpful and the spa itself is very nice.

Terrible!! Never had worse looking nails than i had done today. Smh and they tried to fix what couldnt be fixed now they look worse and i was still charged full price.

The decal they painted was cool but I took my boyfriend and as soon as they found out he was getting his done it was obvious that they were cracking jokes and making fun in another language. Not to mention it was over a hundred dollars for two pedis

They are kind of high in price. But the guy and girls I dealing with were great. Its was one of the best trips to a nail shop i ever had. Will be going back.

The worst shellac French manicure Ive ever had. The only thing I asked for was for them to not be to squared in shape. My nails were naturally longer to start and when I left he had cut them down so far you could see skin and he shaped them like an almond! 😡 Plus, The nails on my right hand are shorter in length than those on my left, and the whites on the French tips are uneven. Hopefully they dont look as bad in my engagement pictures as they do in person! I definitely will NOT be bringing my wedding party here for wedding nails!

Absolutely terrible! I asked them for a coral color and they gave me orange. After telling them I didn’t like the color he refused to change it. I also paid $5 extra for matte and it was the same glossy polish only a little more dull. They’re overpriced and not good quality, wouldn’t waste my money here again.

The inside was nice... however, I just got acrylic tips Monday night. One ALREADY broke off today while I was lifting my backpack so Im kinda pissed. Went with a friend, she got almond tips (which werent even the right shape) and he made 8 of her fingers bleed! Front desk was great but from there my experience was just crappy. I will definitely stick to my usual place! (Diva on University)

In truth, they dont deserve 1 star! The lady thought it was a good idea to rinse my leg off with scolding hot water, thats just the beginning. She seemed very inexperienced at what she was doing and she had shaky hands. Painting of the toes, she couldnt even get the Polish up to the cutilce!! We repainted like 3x!!! Other employees noticed her struggle, sensed my frustration, and DID NOTHING to help her or to make my experience a happy one! Deluxe pedicures are not cheap, if someone walks in your business, a great owner would have assisted the situation!! I will never return!! 😡😠

Staff was nice, offered something to drink and other salons usally dont. However ginger are very expensive. I paid 50 for a first time full set, and 40 for a fill in. THATS CRAZY. 50 dollars for 1 hour, 40 for 20 min.WONT GO THERE AGAIN
