Update: While this agent seems to think he and his team were not at fault, corporate seemed to disagree because my coverage has been retroactively added! Remember, you are in good hands with Allstate but you are in NO hands with Scott Parsons!Insurance agent is extremely rude & condescending. Individual in his office admitted to an unauthorized change on my policy. Contacted corporate and opened an investigation. There are plenty of other insurance companies & other Allstate agents out there, choose wisely!

We barely ever worked with Scott in all honesty, but Marcy is very hard to work with. She was always rude, condescending, and just plain difficult to talk to. When we asked questions she would not answer them directly and at one point just shoved a booklet about insurance into my husbands hands and told him to read it to figure it out. We ended up changing to a different insurance company after roughly 10 years. I would think Scott would be concerned about the employees he has representing his business.

Have been an Allstate policy holder for over 20 years and very disappointed in the attitude of this agent. I witnessed his condescension and utter disrespect when communicating with a family member about a policy change issue. If you work with this agent, take every opportunity to review everything in detail. They are really not looking out for you, so you need to look out for yourself.

Scott is the rudest person I’ve ever talk to. He laughed at us over the phone or asking a simple question. Do not work with this man he’s so unprofessional and rude.

Looking to terminate with Allstate after being lied to by this agents office. I was told when I updated my policy that I would not be charged for a certain month and these are the exact words Looks like you get a month for free because billing wont begin until the next month and then I receive a notice from Allstate for a pending bill. Is this how Allstate does business? Beware buyers!
