My husband and I have been insured with this Farm Bueru Agency since before we were married and bought our first home. My husband was insured with the same office years before that. We stayed loyal even when we lived hours away. A couple years back this specific agency had a change of Agent and that’s when the problems started for us. We had a simple billing issue and it took weeks to finalize a solution. Months later we needed to remove a vehicle that took nearly 4 weeks. Finally we purchased a new home and asked a coverage question that took a week to get a reply and only after our Realtor personally called did we get an answer. We were promised to receive a final quote on the new home in plenty of time for our meeting with the mortgage counselor that evening. Nearly a week later and we still do not have a quote. We have reached out to another Agent in the area and have been told that Beau doesn’t care if we switch out of his office. We are hurt and feel like we don’t matter. We have never had a claim and feel discarded by this new agent.
