If you are a Mom like me, or just short on time, this is the most incredible insurance agent you will ever find. They are incredibly fast and efficient on top of saving a lot of money. They took care of everything for me. Best insurance agent ever!!! I have better coverages, save money and most importantly they have saved me the time and hassle of dealing with other agents!

We were given a quote for insurance on our new home by our usual insurance agent, and USA Mortgage thought it seemed high so they gave us Ryan Barnetts contact information at Preferred Rate Insurance. Not only did he save us almost $100/month on our new home insurance, he also saved us quite a bit on our other three insurance policies as well! Some of these new policies are with the same companies as before, and even have MORE coverage for the lower price! We have referred Ryan and Preferred Rate Insurance multiple times since he saved us so much, and will continue to in the future!

So many different companies to check for the lowest rates. I am in my mid twenties lease 2 vehicles (2015 & 2016) and i pay $106/month! Also, have my home owners insurance in this plan and pay just over $50.00 a month! pretty impressive! Only down fall is, its sometimes hard to get ahold of somebody there!

I have a feeling this M. John guy is has a vendetta against the cafaro name. Not sure why he would sit and give this unbelievably false review. Usually I dont care about worthless trolls on the internet but Preferred Rate has gone above and beyond for me more than once to get my possessions insured in a pinch. Thats the reason Im going to give you a couple reasons why this clowns review holds as much water as a holy paper bag.1. I have had insurance with mike for a long time. MIKE sold me all of my polices not Della. MIKE quoted every time I needed to get insured .2. Everyone in that office is licensed. From mike to the receptionist.But what really gets me is why this loser would bring other family members into it, thats why I assume he has a problem with the family and not the insurance agency. Just to sum it up, great agency been insured here for years. Dont listen to some pathetic guy sitting at his computer eating cheetos looking for reasons to hurt a great a company.

Typically I dont write reviews, but because my experience has been so awful I felt obligated to steer others another direction. Initially, we met with Mike Cafaro (our agent) to set up our policy. Since that time any issues or changes in our policy is handled by his assistant. Recently we had an incident that required guidance from our agent. Multiple calls were placed trying to get a hold of Mr. Cafaro, but we were told time and time again that he was in meetings and out of the office. I left him 2 voicemails in 1 week, along with messages with his assistant and when I didnt hear back I tried to send him a message via Facebook. I have yet to hear from Mr. Cafaro to this day, and once our situation with our homeowners insurance is resolved we will be looking for an alternative insurance agent.
