Had a flat tire In front of there business super nice and friendly and very welcoming allowed us to park in there business parking lot to repair our vehicle. That right there shows a lot of character.

I worked with Lynn at Christels office to get my vehicle insurance changed over from a different state. Not only is she one of the nicest humans Ive ever met (seriously) and made me feel better about my relocation in general, she also went above and beyond explaining different policies State Farm has to offer and answering all of my questions (and in the end, she saved me some cash too, which is always a plus)!

State farm has done such a fantastic job taking care of my house after a water pipe broke. My billing got messed up because I gave them the wrong numbers, but they were very patient and helpful. Talk about going above and beyond!
