My move out experience was very bad and was poorly handled by the landlord and the agent.I had to rent a hotel room or else I would be charged a move out fee of $100. This I think was not a nice send off.I rented in this property for a whole year, paid all my rent on time and when it was time for me to leave for another state due to work relocation, they said I have to move out on the last day by 12pm, this gave me little time to pack and get all my stuff moved to the new state.I was honestly sad and very disappointed with the whole experience and to make matters worse they took some of my belongings, put them in bags and charged me for removing them. One of my blinds was broken, I requested maintenance to fix it before moving out, the maintenance team advised its better to fix it after I move out. He said I will NOT be charged for it since I am still occupying the building at the time I requested it, guess what, I was charged for it.Thats just profiteering especially in times when everyone is financially stretched.Be fair to tenants, you smile when they move in and when they are leaving you rip them off.Its a shame.

We absolutely love living here. Not only was our unit recently updated (LOVE the bathroom/shower & new carpet), but the apartment is fairly soundproof. Only heard a neighbor once since living here. Also, management & maintenance are amazing! They are extremely timely with our requests (so far all requests have been answered the day we contacted them), and it is apparent that they strive to make tenants experience at Edgemont the best possible.

I’ve lived here almost a year and will be renewing my lease. The management is good and it’s a nice, quiet area.

I lived here for a couple years. I really enjoyed it. Location is great. Pool was great. Internet and cable were included. Recommended to friends

Staff treats you like family! Clean and love the pool in the summer. High recommend

Our refrigerator/freezer went out randomly and within a few hours of submitting a maintenance request they brought us a mini fridge to use until ours could be fixed. Very appreciated!!

Moldy. Dark. Appliances are very old. Staff not very responsive. Apartment not in good shape when moving in.
