When moving out of apartment. We finished out our lease, they kept part of our deposit for carpet cleaning fees which we steamed cleaned them as we were moving out. Kept $18 from the deposit to replace bulbs which were not there when we moved in, $9 for a 9v battery for a smoke detector. We moved out and did not renew our lease due to the person living below us smoking pot inside their apartment where smoking is not allowed, causing our apartment to smell like pot as well. If your going to smoke just do it outside. I would never recommend renting from this company.

Dont rent from this place. I have heard nothing but bad things. All they care about is getting your money. I have a friend that lives in the apartments on Sager. She lives on the bottom floor. She has complained about the smoking cigarettes and other stuff. When I go visit the hallways are nasty. She also said that one of her kids touch the window in the hallways and there are dead bees. I keep telling her to move.

I lived in one of their apartment complexes for 3 years and I loved it. They were always friendly and great about fixing anything that wasnt working in a timely fashion. Smoke-free, comfy carpet, and a dishwasher for a great price. I only left because of a new job in another town. Otherwise, I wouldnt have left!

Lease said if any problems call the cops, cops were never called to my house but claim they gave me a thirty day notice (on a month to month lease) because my neighbors complained. Recently had a child who is half black, they couldn’t give me any other reason as to why they gave me that notice and the cops NEVER came to my house. Also never heard anything about my deposit or why I didn’t receive it.

Price range seems to be in 600 range without section 8, so keep that in mind depending on the area. Sometimes it is less.
