The car looks great! I was overcharged, the the car was late being done by over 2 hours, when asking about a discount for being late & complaining about the last detail (which was amateur to say the least) Kyle threatened to vandalize my vehicle if I didnt pay in full. When I arrived his eyes were bloodshot, he was either drunk or high... paid in full for a very clean car, never go back due to the horrible customer service experience. I suggest going somewhere else...Update 10/01/2021: I received a text message from Kyle this morning at 3am which has too much foul language to post. When I responded to the message asking for a simple apology and offering to edit this review upon receipt of the apology he replied Its ok Im coming to you soon. Now Im wondering if I should report him to the WTBY police department for harassment and possible threatening?

I was so happy the way my car came out. i had gone to a previous detailer in another town and my car was very swirled.The car got buffed at Kos and came out immaculate!! All my family now goes there and they are extremely satisfied

Dont call a week in advanced, on rainy days and on a Monday or Tuesday and you MIGHT get in

After a harsh lesson that back seat meatballs and auto accidents don’t mix well, the guys at K O’s did an amazing job rectifying the situation. To be honest, I almost miss the mouth watering day dreams of Italian food while driving, but the shiny fresh interior and the stark contrast between the before and after pics were well worth the price. Even including a tip, it was a lot cheaper than expected, but the quality of the work does not reflect that at all. Not to mention it took half the time I expected, around 30 minutes even with the car looking like it was used in a slasher film.

They wash your car inside and out and they treat it as if its their own car. 💯 💯

I love this car wash. My mom gets her car washed here and they helped her out with this horrendous smell that was in the car when she 1st bought it! Thank goodness. Everyone is so nice there, they make me feel comfortable by talking and making jokes with us while we wait.

They have been detailing my personal and company vehicles for 4 years. They do a great job, get me in and out quick and have great prices. If you live in the area I highly recommend them.

Brought my truck down to get detailed. Made the appointment in the morning around 8:30 am. Was told the vehicle will be done by 12pm. I would have understood if it took over the time they said it would but when i drove down there at 11:30am my truck still hasnt moved. When i asked whats up I was shrugged off like they forgot about my vehicle. I left and detailed my truck myself like i usually do. Oh and i almost forgot to mention they were 20 minutes late opening up the shop in the first place.

Best place ever for car detailing. They make your car look like brand spankin new. Prices are very reasonable and the staff makes you feel like family.Go there at least twice a month.

Sold me a car, broke down twice in the 2 weeks. they took it back had everything fixed after a week of them having it. went to emissions a week later and failed miserably..... everything i failed on was everything they fixed and guess what a month or so later the engine blew. so i had the car maybe 3 months. and boom done for. got the car with 4 dry rotted tires too. WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO ANYONE.
