Jakes did an excellent job fixing my car. In fact Mario drove me home and picked me up. He was personable and very nice. I need another job done on my car which I am going to have them do. They dealt with the insurance company which was great. In fact the adjuster at the insurance company told me he would go to Jakes for his own car. FANTASTIC!

My New 2017 vehicle was damaged badly in a Middlebury Restaurant on Sept. 21, 2017 when parked. No one came forward to admit the fault. That Saturday I took the Car to Jakes Auto Body and spoke with Mario. Mario put the car together on the spot and fixed 93 % of the damages till we got it in a few days later for the complete repair. This action enabled me to drive my new car around without embarrassment until the complete repair.At Jakes auto I was comforted about the damages and that It could be repaired like new. I was lucky that the damages were affordable for me for an out of pocket repair without putting in an insurance claim.The car was ready in three days and I picked up the car and it was fixed like new. I had a great time talking to Mario and his wife and they are great, friendly people that I could have talked with them all day.Thank you Mario for making a stressing situation into a smoothly dealt memory now.I would strongly recommend this shop to anyone needing auto body repairs.
