Nice, clean, friendly staff and wonderful price. The bottle neck there are the benches & free weights. Cant get a bench frequently. Also the only gym Ive ever been to that doesnt have a scale because the dont want to offend those that may be overweight. Sure tired of this woke mentality that normal people have to suffer through.Also, what started out as a 24 hour gym now doesnt open until 7 Am on Saturday. Cant even get in for another hour.

They need to drop their attitudes with customers. I have just stood there while they talked waiting to be helped. Someone finally helps me and acts like its not their job.Most Planet fitness I go to the employees are friendly.If it was one time it wouldnt be a problem. But I have been treated like a bother on multiple occasions.The place is clean and well maintained.I will go here tell I can find a better gym.

Great place to stop and get a quick workout when you are on travel. They gave all the equipment necessary to just that. They even have tanning and massage stations for your convenience. So whenever you find yourself traveling whenever for work or leisure pay them a visit, it will just be beneficial for your body.

Only thing I can say that is a con, is I just wish we had one in Palmer, Ak... Its a great price for the Black Card membership. Just sometimes dont go into Wasilla now that I dont live there. But I just need to go more. But you cant beat 22$ a month for tanning, massage chairs and unlimited working out, showers and classes!

Worked out, went tanning and got a massage after taking a shower. It was great!

The staff are cool peeps, but I felt like all the other guest were staring at me. Im probably just paranoid though. Lol. Recommend the black card membership. Its all access and only like 22 bucks a month. About 55 to start though.

I took my 14 year old son and his buddy to get a membership so they could workout after school. The little guy that helped us was happy to take my sons money and when we were done he told the where equipment was and let them go workout. They went for a couple days the an employee told then that they couldnt be there without a guardian. Now being ignored and wont give him a refund.

It was my first at the Wasilla location today and I loved it! Super clean, nice staff, felt super comfortable as well. Highly recommend!

Response to the ownerThe motto seems hypocritical to me, you preach a safe judgment free zone, yet in every location have a lunk alarm that profiles people based off of how they are. Cant really talk to staff about it, or really even management because there really isnt anything they can do about it. I dunno just my thought on the matter.

Great place to workout. Plenty of equipments for Cardio but lacking free weights and benches. They need to manage the use and reservation of the so called black card perks area. I noticed theres no accountability.

Good equipment and decent atmosphere, but if you pay for a black card and give your family member that card and they go in theyre not allowed to use the spa.Edit: and they dont care to actually read the comment.

Love everything EXCEPT HOW PATRONS DONT WEAR MASKS ONCE THEY ARE SCREENED!!!! I am older so keep mask on constantly. Except in the shower...LOL! Employees do the best they can.

So I started my membership right in the beginning of the pandemic, I worked out for a week and they closed there doors and since I have had COVID and am financially in a bad position and this gym will not close my account so they can stop charging because I have 120 dollar bill that I can’t to pay and they will not close my account so I can stop being charged for a gym I never used after close down so be careful if you think you are signing up for a zero commitment type of deal because it’s a lifelong commitment

Member since they opened, no complaints from me. By the way that is a compliment, usually Id have something or someone...to say needed fixed. Impressed with the staff and like the different choices on classes to take (not that I have tried yet ☺️ Covid-19 around unfortunately / not at gym but Im keeping a good ten foot radius from others, elders in family dont want to take a chance)The upgrade to the full membership is nice to have, bring a friend to come work out with and use of relaxing machine....Ask to test them tell them QBJudie told them to try them out at least once. Before is good but sometimes after workout is absolute bliss. There is this one machine you stand up in and the floor shakes you all up. Helped with the stretches so much was able to complete stretch routine with less startup pain.

I only bought somthing in the parking lot but hey they had that parking lot plowed and looking good tho!

This place has gotten crowded lately, so if you want to use the machines in peace, pick your time carefully.Treadmills, elipticals and stationary bikes? Plenty.

Quite excellent service and the price cant be beat anywhere. The only downside is no hot tub, sauna or steam room.

Good temp inside the gorgeous facility. got a great sweat goin👌 machine are clean and easy to use with easy to understand instructions plus there are many of them so there is very little wait time if any. Locker rooms exceeded my expectations.Cant wait to go back!

I love going to this gym specifically . Always super helpful employees . Pretty sad Taylor doesnt work there anymore but other than that keep up the good work yall.

Facility is nearly brand new, so it is clean and well maintained. Could use a few more staff members as the front desk gets quite busy at times.

I had scheduled an appointment on my phone an hour before I came and I came inside and there are 2 people at the desk and there is a lady trying to buy some tanning lotion and there is 3 of us trying to check in and the lady wouldnt stop what she was doing with checking someone out for her lotion and I stood there and waited and waited until this chicks credit card worked. Yall need to prioritize people. I had an appointment scheduled and I stood there 5 minutes after my appointment would of had started. Then she gave me a bed that wasnt sanitized and I came back and I asked her if it was sanitized and she said no and told me to wait. Like i went into that room and was about to get into that bed. She should of told me when she gave me the room number.

They have done a really good job with the social distancing and making sure products are available for cleaning and staying healthy.
