I LOVED THIS SERVICE in the beginning. For such a good price monthly, I could have sufficient texts and calls for my needs plus a little internet data. I recommended this service to everyone I knew. The customer service was great. THEN a strange and horrible thing happened. Pagepluscellular said someone (mysteriously no one knows who) called and canceled my service. THEN pagepluscellular LOCKED my iphone and refused to unlock it, saying that I did Not purchase the phone from them. I have receipts proving that I DID purchase it from pageplus. I spent many hours trying to resolve this, speaking to the highest managers, the last manager refusing to speak to me! Completely Unsatisfactory. (No One, not even Apple, was able to unlock my phone.) I had no choice but to buy a new phone and now I have Boost service.
