This company is outstanding in its pest control management. The Manager Fernando helped me with some real concerns I had about my pests, as well as the company. I am very pleased to tell you that he is as good as his word, and I will definitely use them again should the need arise.

I called at 8AM after finding FIRE ANTS swarming my sons carpet the night before and after trying everything I knew to do including shampooing his carpets only to wake up to his carpet literally moving again I had the pleasure of speaking to a very kind lady. She could sense the urgency and terror in my voice and said she was going to try to catch one of her men right then and Before 8:30AM a kind very respectful young man named Ron arrived and quickly took care of a problem I felt completely helpless to! He even found where they were coming in. I am so happy with the service I received and the tech they sent I honestly can’t say enough good things about them! Thank you Turner for knowing the true meaning of customer service and for going above and beyond! I will be a lifelong customer!

Phone contact is a joke. They lecture you for 20 minutes before ever connecting you, it is such nonsense. Waste of my time. I hire them to save my time!!

Dont waste your time calling Terminex because Turner Pest Control has much better service and a long history in the town of Washington and surrounding areas. Its always better to support locally owned businesses especially when their prices are competitive.

They NEVER sprayed but left us a bill anyway. I had to call someone else to come in and do what they were supposed to do. If you choose them you better stay and watch them. They are NO GOOD. Only giving one star because it wont let me comment without a review.

VERY VERY RUDE, DISCURTEOUS BUSINESS. They just barged in our home unannounced and without knocking. We dont even use their services for that matter! Called them and they were EXTREMELY rude and did not care..trust me never ever use their services!!

Have used them for over a year. Havent been having any issues until recently when I started working am 8-5 and am not home while they spray. We actually have noticed more ants in the last few weeks than we have I. The last 6 months. Called and told them Im not paying until they come and spray again. Waiting to see when that will be.

They dont even deserve one star but it wont let me post my review without a rating. The technician claimed he treated my home while I was gone. I have cameras in my home which proved that the only thing he did was write a bill and left it on my counter. Of course I refused to pay.
