I really love that Flex actually cares about the members and how their businesses are going. One of the managers, Jordynn has encouraged me to grow my candle company when I needed the encouragement the most. I love the ease of having a virtual office space at FOS. Although my wife and I operate our business primarily out of North Carolina, having a Washington, DC address has allowed us to expand and grow our business more than we could have with a small town North Carolina address. My company has maintained an office space with Flex Office Space since November, 2014. There is a reason I am still there almost five years later- the people who work there are great, and it is smack dab in the middle of a booming area of DC (H St, Atlas District). Hada in particular has been amazing! She has assisted me whenever needed, and is a positive and happy presence any time our paths cross (FOS is very lucky to have her on their team). All in all I am very happy with Flex Office Space, and plan to rent space there for a long time.

Flex literally has everything I need without the high prices of these other coworking spaces. They have WiFi, street parking, printing/copying and friendly staff. I find I get distracted easily with offices that have bars and lots of millennials. I can actually get my work done at Flex.

I should have read the REVIEWS!! Want a bad look in front of your clients? Rent here! Want no one to show up n let un??? This the place for u! I arrived at the location located at 4311 H st NE DC 20 mins early to set up, which the office manager said would be totally fine and no one showed to open the office for me. My Client n I waited outside 40 mins calling n calling there is no after hours number for emergency or anything! I had just been there the day before to firm down the details n reserve the space. Ill never rent here again.

Save yourself the headache and rent an office elsewhere. The on-site staff if nice but they are not empowered to do much accept run requests up the flag pole.They billed a card that I instructed them not to bill, dragged their feet on my refund but did manage to bill my other credit card just fine.I have been waiting for a payment receipt from their accounting department since Nov 3, 2017 for payment billed to the correct credit card.Good luck in reaching someone when you call (on hold now at 8:11 am) because limited staff means if someone comes to view an office they close up the main office. You leave messages and sometimes it takes days for a call back.Additionally, the turn over seems high as there is always soneone new who you have to explain your past requests to as the last agent left. This would be fine if they had some sort of customer database (CMS) to make note of requests to alleviate the need to repeat ones self sonfrequently. When you pay for an office rental service and convenience should paramount and it is not the case with FlexOffice space.
