Cheated us out of 4k. Space had asbestos so we gave notice we were vacating. Then the air conditioning broke and we were told that we would have to pay for the air conditioning repair. Poor management.
Note to prospective tenants: The Ring Bldg does not comply with ADA rules and regulations with regards to providing wheelchair accessible bathrooms for tenants or visitors. There are NO accessible bathrooms on tenant floors. There is a single stall bathroom for women and men in the basement, which is currently unavailable due to flood damage repair. If you dont mind your disabled co-workers or visitors feeling like 2nd Class citizens relegated to traveling to a dank basement then this is the building for you.
