I have been utilizing this space since August. All the staff are friendly and very helpful. The free coffee and tea and waiting room really enhance my experience. The location and rate for rental literally cannot be beat and trust me I have looked. I just wish that we had our own parking garage or discounted garage.

I have been renting space from O.S.I. (1629 K location) since 2015. O.S.I. offers a variety of office space configurations, along with a variety of price and reservation options. There arent any long-term contracts (if you dont want one). There is mail, copy, Internet, and answering service. The management and staff are absolutely wonderful. The location is in close proximity to Farragut North Metro. Yes, the waiting area could be larger. However, many people bring their entire family to an appointment. I dont see where O.S.I. has anything to do with clients bringing their family members to an appointment. I try to be on time and collect my clients, so they are not in the wait-area for more than five minutes.O.S.I. has a fantastic texting system that immediately alerts the you as soon as your client checks-in. If you are looking for great pricing, flexibility, along with a responsive management team, O.S.I. is your answer. Check them out!

I almost bought a toner online because I buy EVERYTHING online. Im so glad I called Dennis. He came to my location and delivered and installed the toner. I saved money and got excellent service AND free pens. Some business is better done locally!

OSI is great if you are looking for flexible office space. Cant beat the location, office options and cost. Depending on your needs, they have a variety of office set-ups and sizes. You can also book larger conference rooms. Due to the nature of my work, I like having the flexibility of booking a room when I need it. I use it to meet with clients and to get administrative/paper work completed without interruptions. The management is wonderful to work with-- they are accommodating, flexible and care about their clients (and thats hard to find in this day and age). I highly recommend OSI if you are looking for flexible or temporary office space.

Saffold & Associates has been a long time (10+ years) and loyal customer of OSI. The virtual office model was great while we were building the business and clientele.Once we outgrew the virtual office model we decided to rent full time offices on the 1629 K Street 3rd floor suite.The offices are well-maintained and cleaned daily with a professional cleaning service. The ladies at the front desk make our client feel welcome and are excellent at receiving evidence and payments from clients. Finally, the location (Farragut Square) and amenities (high-speed printer/copier/internet) cannot be beat!

Their prices were very reasonable and I was able to customize my payment plan so that I was only paying for the services I needed as a small business owner....not to mention the fast internet and wealth of tech services they provide to help me automate many of my processes...Great!!

OSI has been instrumental in growing my business from a few evening a week to a full time thriving practice. The front desk is approachable and helpful, always willing to help me when I need some administrative support. Mumbi, the office manager, is a joy. She has consistently been attentive to the needs of my practice and invested in helping me establish systems that keep my business working seamlessly. The variety of services OSI has offered me has been invaluable.The office suite is safe and secured at all times of the day, mail is delivered in a timely fashion, and my account is charged automatically on a monthly basis. Even when I am out of the office, I am notified when a package arrives for me. As a sole proprietor, I lack the luxury and assistance of an HR department, IT team, and an administrative specialist. Mumbi, Joseph, Jack, and the front desk have all stepped up at various times over the past two years to ensure I have an office space that works on behalf of me and the people I serve.

I LOVE my office at OSI. I visited a few other places like Regus before I made my decision to go with OSI and I am so happy with my choice. Having the K Street address is priceless. The location is convenient for all my clients, easy to find and metro accessible. The staff on hand are friendly and helpful, especially Mumbi, the manager. I recommend OSI Offices to all of my fellow entrepreneurs.

I have used O.S.I Management Inc. services for several years from 2008 to 2010 and again since 2013 for my law office. I always have been very satisfied with the professionalism and responsiveness of the owner, Mr. Jack Pearce and his new manager, Ms. Mumbi Thande. O.S.I. has been flexible and accommodating to my business needs more than once. In 2013, when I re-established my practice, I would not have chosen to go any other place than to O.S.I. - I just called Mr. Pearce and an hour later, I was all set!Their prices are competitive, the team is always kind and available and I never experienced any glitch. A big thumb up for Jack and his team!

I have been back with OSI for slightly over 3 years. This is my second stint with OSI, having previously been with them from from 1985-1996. OSI offers the best possible set-up for a lawyer such as myself who is a sole practitioner. I have a litigation practice, so it is imperative that my mail and telephone logs be meticulous, and that my clients and witnesses be accommodated at all times.I could not be happier with OSI. The OSI staff is outstanding—courteous, efficient, and always willing to go the extra mile for a client. The OSI management is fabulous. Jack Pearce and his managers always know what technology is on the cutting edge for attorneys, and offer mini-seminars to ensure that the attorneys renting from OSI are kept abreast of all the latest Court-ordered innovations. As an example, when the D.C. courts went to mandatory electronic filing, OSI installed copiers and scanners that would accommodate the largest of jobs. Now, thanks to OSI technology, I can handle electronic discovery in huge proportions.I would highly recommend OSI to any small business that needs a big business presence.

I have been with OSI Management for over 4 years now. I did my research prior to selecting a virtual office company and OSI offered far more favorable options and price points than the other companies of both comparable and larger sizes did. In addition, OSI has the personal touch - from management to office staff - that I love. I have the options of mail services, office rental and also dedicated office space as my ever-changing needs require. I have recommended, and will continue to recommend, OSI Management!
