They are so nice here very professional very clean not oer priced i go here at least once a week they have a classic pac man arcade game I always spend at least 2 dollars on while waiting for.my clothes I definitely recommend

They handle my laundry which is mainly starched jeans correctly. The shirts are also crisp. On the off occasion when I have large bulky items like comforters, they are clean. I really appreciate the job they do.

Update: one of the machines ruined out entire load of clothes. Something busted and covered everything in grease. Its quite nasty. Tried to call and got no answer. Classy.Beyond expensive to do laundry here. The only reasonable machine takes 1.75, but it has to be exact change, and the coin machine only gives dollar coins. The decent washers are either 5 dollars or 7.50. Half the equipment is broken down. They advertise free wifi, TVs, entertainment, snacks, etc... No wifi at all, the box TVs are out of order. But there is Pac Man and a snack machine I guess. Sadly theyre the only place in town. Definitely make the 8 mile trip to Union if you can. Itll save a ton of money in the end

There website says (as of 1/20/2021) that the last load to be started is at 7:30pm. I was turned away before this time. Had to travel 20 miles to next cleaners. Tried resolving this in private, but to no avail. Thank you.

Always clean and people there are really nice. The washers do a great job as do the dryers!

The machines here eat change and the most they give back is a dollar they still owed 50 cents but it is what it is I wont be going back

I love this laundry mat! Not only is it affordable but the customer service is amazing for a laundry mat! The manager Brittany always goes out of her way to smile and say hello and all the other employees are so experienced! I feel that going to do my laundry has become fun (almost) and their dry cleaning always comes out 100% quality! Definitely recommend!

I took in a suit coat with an ink stain, I even TOLD them that it was pinned, but when I got it back, the stain was set. It was OBVIOUS that they had not even tried to treat the stain. I sent in in again, and they still didnt get it out. They ruined my coat, and refused to do anything about their incompetence. All I wanted was a refund for the cost of the cleaning bill. I will never ever use Starcrest cleaners. Its sad that Washington has no other option.

Starcrest is on time when done, the laundry smell good, and the people are nice.

Clean, bright13 top load ($1.75), 6 double load ($5), and 2 triple load ($7.50) washers. Lots of dryers.

Clothes came out of dryer smelling strongly of smoke. This means theyre not servicing their equipment properly or cleaning out lint filters. So clothes stink and also puts laundromat at risk of fire. Will take my business elsewhere next time.

We had used this place about a year ago when our dryer went out and came in this week to use again for the same reason . I could not believe the state of disrepair it was in. It smelled, most of the machines were broke down and it was very dirty. My clothes had to be washed again because they smelled after they were dried. Washington needs a decent laundromat!

I wish I could give them 0 stars. They ruined my $2,000 wedding dress. The lace in the front is pulled out, looks like I rolled around in a thorn bush at the end of the evening which I did not. They won’t even acknowledge what they did or give us our money back for the cleaning. I bet most women don’t know their dresses look terrible because they don’t open up the box for 10 years. I just had to open it to let my friend borrow my veil. I was so SAD this happened... cried a lot. Just don’t go here to get your wedding dress professionally cleaned.

Rather pricey to clean your drawers here, and their website is misleading when it talks about TV and Wifi. I just went over and asked if they have wifi and I got a snobbish no... we used to as the reply, even though my phone is showing a starcest_drycleaning network with a strong signal.That BTW was after standing at the mirror tinted window for like 5 minutes waiting on the lady to even acknowledge me. Yes I saw you thru the tint trying to act like I wasnt there. Wishing there was another option here in Washington.

The laundromat side is clean. I cant comment on dry-cleaning side. However, the name should be Starcrest Cleaners and Sauna. It is ridiculous how humid it is inside. The sign on womens door says door sticks...I wonder why? The tv hasnt worked in months. I get you dont want people loitering, but come on. Set a channel on HGTV and leave it. Youre only getting away with this because theres no competition here. Step up and do better for your community.

Very clean. They do start trying to get everyone out around 7:30pm even though they dont close until 9. Go early!

Asked the cleaners attendant to turn the air on and she says she cannot, that the manager has the keys. Laundries get very hot and when the public spends their money here we should be kept cool and not sweating with a red face...i have not even started using the dryers yet...

Very small so when their busy its hard not getting stuck all day.

It’s not always big enough, but it is always clean, and I never have any trouble with the machines. To anyone that thinks it is to small, find a larger one in Washington!
