Telephone personnel are great. Technicians try very hard to improve our home signal. Since Wisperisp acquired Yhti, access has been slower and down more frequently. After forcing us to replace equipment, down time has increased. Problem seems to be at their tower. Needs to be upgraded.
We have Wisper at our home and the service is tremendous. We have very fast speeds and have cut the cord and stream 100% of our content via Wisper. Our daughter is a gamer and uses her Xbox and we stream two TVs of content at the same time and no buffering. We rarely have to call customer service, but when we do they are quick to respond. I appreciate having someone available on the weekend to take tech calls. Great company and would highly recommend them!
I have been with internet for a long while now and I have had no problems with their service or thier quality care. Wisper seems to always be there for me when I have had any issues which isnt often. Very Professional, they know their business and they like to hear from their customers. If theres a problem with anything about your account or service they will help as quickly as possible from what I have encountered. Great 👍
This is by far the wost internet service that I have ever had. Our sevice is interrupted on a daily basis. Not just once a day but off and on all day every day. They seem to have little to no desire to address the issue other than to reset the router. They dont mind taking our money every month! If I had any other choice for internet service, I would jump at it. Unfortunately, the one option we have in our area is worse than Wisper.
Very expensive. National average is $0.50 per Mb DL speed. Wisper ISP is 10x that at $5.99 per Mb DL speed... at least mine is.
