Waited a month for service. A tech said they came and looked at what they needed to look at but no one called or knocked. Calling was no help! On hold for an hour then the lady hung up. A simple service transfer went from Thursday, Friday, Monday, Tuesday and finally a month later we had a tech come out that actually took the time (2 hours) to figure out the problem and get us internet! Thank you BRENT!
Can not reach anyone on phone, wont come out to do anything. Say you can get 1 speed then provide less. Then when you ask to upgrade speed they magically cant anymore. This company is complete trash and avoid if you have any other choice.
The service was bad they also put me on hold for like two hours then they hung up I wouldnt recommend this internet service
Waited a month for service, then it didn’t work. Called a several times and couldn’t get a hold of anyone. After being transfer twice and then on hold for an hour and 45 minutes I finally got to talk to someone and she hung up. Called back and the call center was closed till Monday (today is Friday). WHAT THE HECK????
They cannot get my internet to work consistently. Sent techs out twice (after long annoying calls requesting said service) and both times they said it looked fine. If I had any possible alternative to this rubbish service I would go for it.
It’s truly worthless my internet is always running slow if more than 1 device is connected and it goes out randomly every 2 weeks if they weren’t the only ones in my area I would have already cancelled my contract
My internet is constantly going out, or my router is out of date, according to the techies I am able to speak with after navigating their hotline. I use my cell phone and mobile data at my house more than my desktop, its awesome when that is a better source of accessing the internet than my actual internet provider.
Trash company, terrible customer service, very rude. i switched to spectrum, quadrupled my internet speed and cut my bill from $35 to $22.
