Hands down one of my favorite trails in the area! If you enter from the grapevine crossing side you pass through a tunnel that goes under I-15. It’s mainly used as a rain runoff canal so don’t get caught in a flash flood! 99.9% of the time it should be Water free. Bottom half of the loop is more flat and hard pack. Top part of the loop is more slickrock. If it’s summertime,start early in the morning or help yourself to an evening ride with a headlamp. If you’re riding mid afternoon in the summertime you’re crazy! Bring lots of water! As awesome as this trail is, it is used frequently by many outdoors enthusiast. Make sure your courteous to everyone else and respect the ecosystem by staying on the trail. Enjoy!
